Salve! Sicuramente non andrei mai piu'in quella struttura, neanche se' loro mi pagassero a me. Muri' con muffa, totalmente stocco che cade dalle pareti, ecc. Deluso al massimo, e' insoddisfatto, per che anche nella sala colazione buchi sul tetto, e lavori in corso! Da schifo. Distinti saluti, e invito booking, ad andare ho verificate con un massimo di controllo di personale booking.

Firenze, un viaggio alla scoperta dei tesori dell'arte e dei sapori toscani.
Pros:

Siamo tornati in quest'albergo perchè ci eravamo trovati bene e anche stavolta tutto è stato impeccabile: l'accoglienza dello staff, la comodità della camera, la colazione all'italiana. L'albergo si trova in una posizione molto comoda per visitare il centro di Firenze, ed è anche vicino alla zona del Mercato centrale, pieno di negozi di prodotti tipici e locali in cui poter gustare vari tipi di cucina, dalla più tradizionale a quelle più internazionali. Anche stavolta abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia e la presenza dello staff, sempre attento e professionale.

El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Pudimos dejar las valijas 4 horas antes del check-in.
El desayuno fue bueno.
EXCELENTISIMA ubicacion: a 3 minutos de la estacion y a 5 del centro histórico, en ambiente con bares, negocios y restoranes.
