Hotel céntrico. Modesto
Pros:

Personal amable. Nos guardaron las maletas hasta la tarde el día de salida. Cobran al final de la estancia.

Cons:

El baño necesita reparación. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota y tenía un trozo de plástico colgado.
No hay ascensor, aunque esa vircunstsncia ya la sabíamos al reservar.

The location was THE BEST! It was directly in the city and you could go shopping and then go back to the hotel and then go shopping again haha :) . Also all the tourist attractions are all near the hotel.
There was also a 24h receptionist and the people working there were so nice to me, the breakaways included in the price and there was also a person who did your coffee there directly. The breakfast food was not a lot and not very fancy, however it did made me full before going out in the early morning , when the shops are still closed. I could also store my luggage at the hotel before check in time and also a few hours after check out! There was also an air conditioning in the room which I however did not used.

Cons:

The room was not the newest and the walls were little bit dirty as the white color was also not that white anymore. I also did not had a few to the outside as there was a window rolls.

Emplacement idéal, mais tranquillité et calme inexistantes
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, nous sommes en place centre-ville, et à quelque part du tramway qui ramène à l’aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est très simple, mais le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

L’hôtel est extrêmement mal insonorisé ! les portes claquent et les conversations incessantes dans les escaliers des clients qui ne savent pas respecter les autres personnes. Malgré des fenêtres en double vitrage, les bruits de la rue et les Cris qui en viennent sont extrêmement audibles. Je n’ai pu dormir que quelques heures chaque nuit entre deux accalmies.

excellent emplacement. 2 étoiles, c'est beaucoup pour cet hotel.

Emplacement excellent pour découvrir le centre de Florence à pied. Gare très proche, ce qui est appréciable

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est une farce ! tables minuscules et peu nombreuses. Pain rare, pas d'oeufs, rien de frais et tout sous blisters....

Patika ka atradās tuvu centram.

Naktī vispār nebija iespējams gulēt,caur sienām ir dažādas skaņas ,no ielas skaļums nāk un logi nav izolēti,lai nenāktu skaņa. Brokastis nepatika,nebija siltas brokastis,bija maize un jogurts ar pārslām.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos dias en Firenze
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel era excelente: cerca de la estación de trenes y de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El desayuno muy bueno y tenia opciones libres de gluten. Tambien tuvimos la posibilidad de dejar las valijas unas horas despues del check out y no nos cobraron nada por ese servicio. El personal muy amable.
