Would maybe rebook in a crunch, but there's probably a better valued place
Pros:

The location is convenient to the train station. There is a 24/7 staff to answer any questions and assist with information. The breakfast included pastries, cereal, yogurt, and coffee.

Cons:

We did not get to keep our key once we left the building; we had to turn it into the staff at the front desk. There is no elevator. There is no A/C (or at least it was not available when we visited in March, despite it still being warm at night). The "luggage storage" is just sticking your luggage in the corner in the lobby and hoping no one takes it.

La collocazione, molto vicina alla stazione di S. Maria Novella e al centro.

Cons:

Stanza veramente piccola, avevamo chiesto una tripla e il terzo letto era attaccato al muro , sotto la finestra. Camera molto calda, senza la possibilità di diminuire la temperatura se non spegnendo del tutto.
Bagno abbastanza pulito, ma in condizioni precarie.
Colazione inclusa...ma davvero povera.

Salve! Sicuramente non andrei mai piu'in quella struttura, neanche se' loro mi pagassero a me. Muri' con muffa, totalmente stocco che cade dalle pareti, ecc. Deluso al massimo, e' insoddisfatto, per che anche nella sala colazione buchi sul tetto, e lavori in corso! Da schifo. Distinti saluti, e invito booking, ad andare ho verificate con un massimo di controllo di personale booking.
