Superbe emplacement, personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Venus pendant une période très chaude, l’hôtel a la climatisation mais hélas très bruyante donc c’est très compliqué pour la nuit

Senza dubbio i proprietari, molto preparati, amano il loro lavoro e si vede . Sempre disponibili . Camere pulite con il necessario. Ottima posizione centrale . Arrivi a piedi ovunque .

Floransaya ayak basar basmaz otobüste kötü bir deneyim yaşadık ve neye ugradığımızı şaşırmış bir halde otele girdik.Mario bizi çok nazik karşıladı ,ben sinirimden ağlamaklıydım bana ve anneme peçete ,su verdi, teselli etti ,yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yaptı.Bizim için bu davranış çok kıymetliydi, bilmediğimiz bir yerde haksızlığa uğradık ,Floransadan gezmeden nefret etmiştim ama bu sıcak karşılama bizi yumuşattı.4 gün konakladık ,tüm çalışanları da güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.Mario İlk gün otelin çevresindeki tarihi yapıyla ilgili beni bilgilendirdi ve bana etraftaki tarihi eserlerin belirgin olduğu bir harita verdi ,o haritadan rota çizip Floransayı gezdik.Oteldeki odamızdan da memnun kaldık ,hergün temizlik yapıldı.Kahvaltıda servis yapan arkadaşlar da çok cana yakınlardı.En güzel şeylerden biri de otelin tam Santa croce /merkezde olmasıydı .Ara ara mola verip otelde dinlenip tekrar gezebilirsiniz.Biz herşeyden memnun kaldık ,herkes tavsiye ederiz.

Localização fantástica e equipe excepcional!
Pros:

A equipe do Santa Croce te faz se sentir em casa. Todos, sem exceção, são atenciosos, prestativos e muito amáveis. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas isso se deve ao fato de ser um prédio histórico. A localização é simplesmente fantástica! Ficarei lá novamente quando retornar à Firenze. Super recomendo!
