Staff were exceptional and very very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is in a great location

Room and bathroom was very small and the ac was very noisy but it's to be expected in such an old building. Fine for 1 person

Bardzo udany pobyt! Hotel jest czysty, zadbany i komfortowy, a pokoje są przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje personel – wszyscy byli niezwykle mili, uprzejmi i pomocni. Obsługa zawsze służyła pomocą i dbała o to, aby pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością wrócę tu ponownie!

Para mí muy buena opción práctica buen precio y buen personal.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y quitando la chica de recepción q fue anodina el resto de personal de recepción y limpieza muy bien nos explicaron de forma proactiva la historia de la zona simpáticos y comunicativos.

Cons:

El aire ruidoso ,la ducha muy pequeña y el botón de la cisterna se resiste.

Hneď po príjazde sme dostali inštrukcie čo, kde a ako aj s mapou mesta, kde nám pani označila miesta ako tipy na návštevu, povedala niečo z histórie...
Celkovo personál veľmi milý a nápomocný 👌

Cons:

Príjazd k hotelu súkromným autom extrémne komplikovaný - navigácia vás tam nezavedie a túlať sa centrom Florencie súkromným autom počas sezóny a snažiť sa nájsť hotel je v celku hardcore😄

Sprchový kút veľmi malý, väčší človek sa osprchuje veľmi ťažko - ja 184/95 a bolo to komplikované...

Hlučná klimatizácia.

Raňajky veľmi slabé a žiadna zelenina.

Hotel familiar y pequeñito situado en pleno centro de Florencia, con una ubicación magnífica. Personal super amable que nos dió multitud de indicaciones sobre cómo mejorar nuestra visita en la ciudad y nos ayudaron a gestionar el parking del coche muy bien, dando todo tipo de facilidades para el alojamiento. El hotel no tiene ascensor puesto que está en un edificio histórico pero para nuestro grupo no supuso problema ninguno.

Pros:

La ubicación excepcional, muy céntrico, fácil de llegar a todos los sitios de interés y aún así muy tranquilo. Todo muy limpio y el personal encantador. Desayuno sencillo pero muy bueno todo.
El personal un 10, el primer día nos dieron un mapa y nos explicaron los sitios de mayor interés. Todos encantadores. Sin duda repetiremos.

El wifi un poco regular por decir algo, el resto muy bien todo.
