Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Rooms repeatedly described as clean and well maintained (comments like 'netta', 'clean and nice staff'); bathrooms noted as small but tidy.
Service
10
Staff consistently praised as exceptional, very friendly, helpful and proactive across multiple reviews; personalised recommendations and assistance highlighted.
Location
10
Location is repeatedly described as excellent and central ('En plein cœur de Florence', next to Santa Croce, 5 min to Duomo), a major positive in nearly every review.
Room Quality
8
Multiple mentions of small rooms and very small showers/bathrooms; comfortable but constrained by the historic building and compact layouts.
Amenities
8.2
Amenities mixed: functional but limited – noisy air conditioning, no elevator in historic building, requests for small in-room fridge, limited breakfast seating mentioned.
Value for Money
9.6
Several reviewers note good price and quality balance ('qualità prezzo', 'buen precio'), considering the central location and service it represents strong value.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast receives mixed-to-negative comments: described as limited, mostly sweet, 'not worth' by some, though a few guests found it fine or 'perfect'.
Overall Experience
10
Overall stays are highly positive thanks to exceptional staff and unbeatable location; minor issues (small rooms, noisy AC, limited breakfast) do not outweigh the strong positives.
