El personal mooolt amable, l,habitació està neta i l,hotel molt ben ubicat!! Està al costat de l,esglèsia de santa croce, a 5 min de torre vecchio i duomo i uns 30 minuts d,estacció de trens Sta maria Novella.

Cons:

L,esmorzar és just de menjar, si s,acordéssin amb alguna pastisseria propera per oferir més dolços o més tipus de pa ( integral), etc.. millor. Les persones molt altes o de gran volum no caben al lavabo, si ets prim perfecte!

Bardzo udany pobyt! Hotel jest czysty, zadbany i komfortowy, a pokoje są przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje personel – wszyscy byli niezwykle mili, uprzejmi i pomocni. Obsługa zawsze służyła pomocą i dbała o to, aby pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i z przyjemnością wrócę tu ponownie!

Para mí muy buena opción práctica buen precio y buen personal.

La ubicación es excelente y quitando la chica de recepción q fue anodina el resto de personal de recepción y limpieza muy bien nos explicaron de forma proactiva la historia de la zona simpáticos y comunicativos.

Cons:

El aire ruidoso ,la ducha muy pequeña y el botón de la cisterna se resiste.
