A nice place to stay in a central location.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The woman who welcomed me at check-in, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. She showed me the area on the map and recommended several places to visit, which I really appreciated.

I arrived about two hours before the official check-in time, but my room was already ready and they kindly allowed me to enter early, which made my arrival much easier after the trip.

The location is excellent — very close to the main attractions in Florence and also within easy reach of the train station, so getting around was very convenient. The WiFi worked perfectly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. I would gladly stay here again if I visit Florence in the future.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic the breakfast was excellent and the position great close to good restaurants.. and coffee shops
Unfortunately there are a lot of stairs but the staff are helpful with luggage etc

Ótima hospedagem no coração de Florença. Tem minha indicação.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. Fica muito próximo da Praça do Duomo e da Estação de Trem. O café da manhã é muito bom. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O quarto é confortável e com bom espaço. Com certeza eu me hospedaria novamente.

Cons:

O hotel não tem elevador para subir com as malas, mas isso não atrapalhou. O espaço do café da manhã é reduzido, mas também não foi um problema.
