Є можливість пізнього заселення та онлайн реєстрації, величезне дякую! Мені прийшла інструкція що та за чим діяти та я з легкістю знайшла помешкання та свій номер. В номері на мене чекала кава, чай, легкий перекус. Зранку я зустріла персонал під час виселення. Персонал був дуже ввічливий та позитивний. Окреме дякую за деякі рекомендації по знайомству з Флоренцією та що можна подивитись. І, звичайно, дякую за можливість лишити багаж безкоштовно!

Fijne locatie, niet geschikt voor minder valide
Pros:

Het was een perfecte locatie en een lekker ruime kamer.

Cons:

Er was niet duidelijk aangeven dat je naar de bovenste verdieping moet van het gebouw, zonder lift. Ze zeggen bij de deur dat het de 3e verdieping is, maar het leek wel alsof je naar de 6e verdieping moest lopen. Niet erg fijn, zeker in de warmte.

The friendliness of the staff, the location was perfect.

Cons:

The room had an external bathroom in the main entrance of the "Hotel" right next to the entrance door(It probably was my fault for not knowing this was a thing and just booked it) it was extremely uncomfortable, i could also hear the neighbouring rooms at night too, and in the morning around 9-9:20 AM, i jumped from my bed because someone was screaming so so loud in the hall, really uncomfortable stay even though the room itself was comfy and the staff very welcoming and kind but everything else wasnt it
