Oda temiz ve konforluydu. Otel, Duomo meydanına yürüyerek 3-4 dakikalık mesafede, tren istasyonuna da aynı şekilde çok yakın. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü, valizlerimizin emanetine de yardımcı oldular.

Asansör olmadığı bilgilerde yazıyor, geleceklerin dikkate alması gerekir.

Very comfortable and value for money! Highly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent location! The hotel is very close to all tourist spots especially only 2 blocks away from the Cathedral! It is located at the center.
The bed was so comfortable and the free coffee,tea and biscuits are awesome!
You can also leave the luggage after check out which is very important for tourists.
Anna the staff was so helpful although out.

Cons:

It is located at the 3rd floor and there was no lift.
The room is a bit small than i expected.I requested for a room with two separate beds.There were two separate single beds but still next to each other.

Great location for a city break!
Pros:

Location was ideal for exploring Florence. 5 minute walk from the Duomo, and within 10/15 min walk from many historical points of interest. The hotel was located on the top floor of an old Florentine building accessible only by stairs (so bear this in mind when booking). The shower room was quite small, but good for the average person, but more than made up for by the spacious double bedroom.

Stepping out to start walking to various locations, you are not short of options for food, drinks or simply a coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating if arriving outside of regular active hours for reception. If you are visiting for a few days and want to be t the heart of Florence, this is an ideal location.

Cons:

Bathroom facilities were quite small. But this is being very picky. Otherwise, clean, accessible and good enough for its size.

Super nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereite Chefin, einzigartige Lage, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Dom entfernt, süßes Zimmer. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen falls ich nach Florenz reise. Danke!
