Pros:

A medio camino entre la estación de tren y la catedral, mejor imposible. Las habitaciones son cómodas y modernas. Es mi primera opción en Florencia.

Cons:

Está situado en lo que en España sería un cuarto o quinto piso. Al ser un edificio antiguo no cuenta con ascensor por lo que para alguien con movilidad reducida o maletas grandes podría ser un inconveniente

Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, προσεγμένο, καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της φλωρεντιας μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα κυριότερα αξιοθέατα. Η κυρία στην reception ευγενέστατη και κατατοπιστική.

Cons:

Δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ οπότε εάν κάποιος έχει βαλίτσα ή κινητικά προβλήματα ίσως δυσκολευτεί. Δεν μας ανανέωσαν τα δείγματα από σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρα ενώ είχαν τελειώσει.

If I come to Florence again, I would definitely stay here.
Pros:

The staff were very polite and kind; Anna helped us with everything.The location is within walking distance of everywhere. The hotel building really makes you feel like you’re in Florence—you’re in the heart of the city. The room was clean, there was hot water for the shower, and the heating system worked very well. The cappuccino and chocolates were thoughtful gifts.

Cons:

Some reviews complained about the lack of an elevator. We didn’t find it to be a problem at all. Take good care of your heart—climbing three floors of stairs isn’t that hard, in our opinion :)

Au top!
Pros:

L’hôtel est en plein centre, proche de tous les lieux d’intérêt.
Le personnel est très gentil, j’ai pu déposé mon bagage assez tôt et commencer ma journée de visite.
La chambre est très bien équipée avec télévision, bouilloire pour café, thé, cappuccino, gel douche. Le lit est confortable.
Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel!
