Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, la recepcionista Fiona muy amable nos recomendó la antigua Farmacia que no conocíamos, el hombre del último día también nos ayudó mucho para comprar productos locales.
Nos dieron una habitación más grande.

Cons:

Hay escalones antes de llegar al ascensor, no ideal para personas con movilidad reducida.

La ubicación y la limpieza eran excelentes

Cons:

Salimos temprano a un tour y necesitábamos dejar las maletas en recepción y no había nadie! Escribimos a un WhatsApp que dejaron en un cartel y nunca nadie contestó, estuvimos muy preocupados en nuestro tour porque tuvimos que dejar las maletas ahí solas.

Sinceramente, si van a pasar la mayoría del tiempo por la ciudad, el hotel es lo de menos. Pero realmente las camas súpe

Tiene buena ubicación únicamente.

Cons:

El recepcionista hombre fue súper grosero.
Te cobran 30 euros de tax fee de municipalidad, solamente en cash y no te dan recibo. Este tax fee no nos indicaron que teníamos que pagarlo.

Cons:

Al llegar al hotel nos cobraron una tasa de 3.50€ por persona, no nos querían recibir tarjeta, solo efectivo.
Esta tasa no estaba aclarada al momento de reservar el hotel
Al lado de la cama había un bidet y un lavatorio, pésimo!

If you intend the room for merely sleep and as base location for walking about - perfect!
Pros:

The location is superb - a stones throw from the Medici Chapel in Basilica San Lorenzo, and with the Duomo around the next street. All tourist locations are within walking distance.
Our room was spartan affair - with shared toilet/shower in the hallway (there were 2! importantly).
No view as such - but the entrance hallway overlooks the old market.
You won't need an alarm clock - the church bells will have you up and off to the Uffizi on time! ;-)

shared toilet and 'the bells'.

Pros:

El espacio era más grande de lo que pensabamos y nos sorprendió positivamente.
Las camas muy comodas y la ubicación inmejorable. A pocos metros del mercado central y el duomo.
El trato del personal fue excepcional, siempre a disposición de todas nuestras necesidades.

Byla jsem velmi spokojená. Fotky odpovídají realitě. Hotel má skvělý poměr cena/výkon, výbornou polohu, čisté pokoje
Pros:

Poloha hotelu je TOP. Neschází se v boční uličce takže tam není hluk ale zároveň je to všude blízko pěšky. Každý den přišel personál uklidit pokoj a krásně to tam vonělo. Recepční jsou skvělý!

Cons:

Já spím opravdu tvrdě a zaspím do minuty takže mně to nevadilo, ale větrák byl strašně hlučný pokud ho zapnete i na nejnižší stupeň. Takže pokud večer chcete příjemně v pokoji a ne teplo tak si připravte špunty do uší 😅
