La.camera singola praticamente era senza finestra....l'unica finestra si affacciava sul.cavedio interno.ma sono stata la scorsa estate in una doppia e la camera era perfetta.

Purtroppo senza colazione e non mi è stato detto e ne' scritto su booking. La posizione è ottima

In camera non ho trovato ne tv e ne asciugacapelli, il guardiano mi aveva assicurato che al mattino lo avrei trovato per chiederglielo e invece assente. Volevo farmi la doccia alle 6 e invece ho dovuto aspettare le 8.

Very poor experience.
Cons:

The manager kicked us out the first night we were staying at the property, as he thought we were trying to trick him in some way. He promised us a refund, but then later refused to give us one despite the fact we did not stay at the hotel. Worst experience I have had at a hotel ever. DO NOT STAY HERE it’s not worth the good location.

L’emplacement

Cons:

On ne capte ni réseaux ni wifi dans la chambre , la douche est tres tres proche des toilettes, a l’arrivée quelqu’un a refusé de nous ouvrir avant 14h ( nous avons du patienter dans la ville avec les bagages pendant 3 heures ) . Musique interdite sur le son du telephone puisque quelqu’un de l’accueil a frappé a notre porte pour nous dire de l’éteindre (il était 19h)

Une chambre agréable et confortable au cœur de Florence
Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillies. La chambre était très bien (située côté cour) avec des lits confortables et disposait d'un petit point d'eau en plus des douches et sanitaires sur le palier (comme indiqué sur le site).
De plus, l'hôtel est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la cathédrale.
