Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war wirklich sehr gut renoviert und einfach wunderschön. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte Gott sei Dank, auch wenn sie sehr laut war. Der Fussbodenbelag war schön, praktisch und sauber, nicht so eine Auslegeware, bei der man immer grübelt,
woher wohl die Flecken stammen. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Wenn man vom Parkhaus oder vom Bahnhof kommt muss man mit dem Gepäck nur über zwei Brücken um das Hotel zu erreichen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war hoch oben und die Treppen dorthin, sehr steil. Bei der Anreise wurde uns Gott sei Dank beim Gepäck geholfen. Wir hatten leider nur eine Zimmer Karte, die man benötigt, um den Strom einzuschalten. Wenn ich morgens um fünf fotografieren ging, musste ich die Frau im Dunkeln zurücklassen. Alternativ hätte ich klingeln können, um das Hotel zu verlassen, aber das war mir zu kompliziert.

Very accommodating and so nice!
Pros:

It was an amazing place to stay! I had absolutely no trouble with anything. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the bed was comfy, the shower was lovely, and they cleaned our room! I will definitely be recommending this to friends who want to visit Venice!!

Cons:

Everything was perfect! No complaints.

Excelente opção.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Distante 600 metros da estação de trem; da pra ir à pé muito bem. A não ser que haja muitas malas. Sai da estação e pega à esquerda e vai direto. Funcionarios educados, atenciosos. Destaque para funcionárias do café e da recepção (Elena). Tudo muito limpo e cheirando a limpeza. Café da manha muito bom (muito mais farto do que os que normalmente temos em casa). Banheiros bem limpos e desinfectados. Fazet tudo à pé, inclusive ida à Praça de São Marcos e Palácio Ducal (2km à pé). Não esquecer levar celular com MAPS ou WASE.

Tudo ótimo.

J’ai aimé son emplacement à 10min de la gare

Cons:

Le personnel le manque d’ascenseur. Nous étions au 5 étages escalier très étroit. Suite à un incompréhension de ma part j’ai cru comprendre que le Check out été à 12h et pas 11h. À l’appel la jeune femme grande et blonde était compréhensive elle m’a dit d’accord pour 12h. Nous étions deux femmes à descendre les 5 étages étroits, la réception étant de l’autre côté de la route nous sommes arrivées à 12h05 puis avons dû payer 50€ de frais et en prime cette femme blonde nous a dit vous auriez dû m’appeler j’aurai porté vos valises et pas de frais de 50€. Mise à part cette femme le reste du personnel est top !!
