Fantastic customer service. Great location.

Room was surprisingly quiet even though we were on the main road Sweet balcony to view Main Street. Great price, great location. Walkable to everything.

There was a letter left for guests saying that food and drinks in the room were forbidden. It did not specify alcoholic drinks. Yet, they had a refrigerator with drinks in it you could buy. I have never stayed in a hotel room that said you were not allowed to bring food or drinks in. This was not mentioned at check in either. Very disappointed and felt this was extreme.

Right in the heart of the town, and the staff were so so helpful I felt like I paid for a tour guide.

Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and super clean. Perfect location with access to restaurants, cafes, train station and easy to walk everywhere.

It was a great location, staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that you are not allowed to eat in the room. Not a big deal and didn’t take away from my enjoyment.

The hotel was very clean. Bathroom and decor looked like it had been recently updated and made for a very pleasant stay. The staff at the desk was friendly and had some great suggestions for dining. It’s very handy to the train station but a bit of a walk some of the attractions. I was okay with trade off as I preferred not to drag my luggage for miles. There are some stairs but nothing too crazy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel! Easy online check in close to the train station. No view of the canal, but not needed given can walk a few minutes to see it and take the ferry around the city!

Terrific location in Venice. Staff were very friendly and offered helpful information when inquired. Appreciated the convenience of staying in this part of Venice including the walkability to less crowded areas or staying on the main path around the city. Very easy stroll from the train station.

Hotel was very convenient location wise, for restaurants and good transport links to the airport and islands.
Hotel very clean and friendly polite staff.
Great breakfast.
Only negative was no lift in the hotel so a lot of stairs to climb.
Overall a lovely boutique hotel I would stay there again.

Hairdryer kept overheating after 2 mins, tv wouldn’t work, room was way too small , other than that it was excellent - thank you

This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the train station, right in the middle of shops, restaurants, and lively, walkable streets. The property has been recently renovated, and the rooms are very clean, equipped with air conditioning and room service.
