Great location, hard uncomfortable bed and bathroom.

Location is great. Would advise on upgrading to a better room.

Cons:

Bed was very hard!! Bathroom updated, but tiny! While on toilet, knees were into the wall so had to sit sideways! Not much room- suitcases had to be on the floor. No toiletries- just watered down body wash. AC never seemed to really cool down but this was common in all of Italy.
No coffee/tea bar.
I would pay extra and upgrade the room, as location was good.

Era demasiado pequeña la habitación,, a penas se podía abrir una maleta grande, el frigobar estaba malo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. El baño demasiado pequeño a alguien grande y/o muy robusto le costaría entrar a la ducha... no había mucho espacio para poder dejar las cosas... además la cama matrimonial era con 2 colchones pegados, se notaba el borde, por lo que era un poco incómodo el dormir en pareja

Pros:

Não tomámos o pequeno-almoço por opção, mas, sempre que descíamos as escadas, o aroma era simplesmente irresistível. A localização também é excelente: fica perto do centro, permitindo ir a pé aos principais pontos de interesse, mas, ao mesmo tempo, está numa zona muito tranquila e sossegada.

Cons:

O único aspeto menos positivo foi a escadaria de acesso ao nosso quarto, que era bastante íngreme e pode tornar-se um desafio para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou com bagagem pesada. Que em ambas as situações não era o nosso caso e fazíamos exercício sempre que saiamos ou chegávamos.

Perfecte, just el que necessitàvem.
Pros:

L’hotel està molt ben situat, a pocs minuts dels principals llocs a visitar i molt a prop de diferents parades de transport públic aquàtic. El personal és molt amable i ens han guardat les maletes vàries hores després de fer el check out per a que aprofitéssim l’últim dia sense anar carregats.
L’habitació per a 4 persones era molt confortable.

Pros:

Otima localização, bem perto da estação San Marco Zacarias, andamos 5 minutos com as malas até o hotel sem.pontes no caminho.Para quem está com.malas maiores ajudou muito.

Cons:

Quarto bem pequeno, mas para centro de Veneza acho que ok, mas limpos , banheiro bom.Reformados recentemente.
