Soggiorno piacevole a Venezia
Pros:

Soggiorno piacevole
La camera era grande, pulita e confortevole.
L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione centrale: in soli 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Mestre, da cui parte il Tram T1 che in circa 15 minuti porta direttamente a Venezia centro, comodissimo!

Un grande punto a favore è il parcheggio gratuito in hotel, che ci ha permesso di risparmiare circa 50€, che è circa il prezzo del parcheggio al giorno a Venezia Centro

Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e gentile, pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza. Anche la colazione è stata varia e buona.

Better to stay directly in Venice

Nothing really stood out

Cons:

The hotel itself lacked charm or comfort, it felt strange and unusual, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Location wasn’t convenient either. Overall, it’s better to pay a bit more and stay directly in Venice for a more enjoyable experience.

Bien pero con cosas pendientes a mejorar.
Pros:

El trato del personal creo que fue lo mejor. Muy amables y simpáticos.
La habitación estaba bastante limpia.
Había gel en la ducha, pero faltaba champú.
En general bien, aunque hay muchas cosas que se pueden mejorar.

Cons:

La habitación pequeña.
Pedimos 1 cama grande y pusieron 2 pequeñas, cuando me contestaron y me dijeron que 1 grande sin problema.
El desayuno bastante mejorable. El Bacon quemado y el huevo parece que lo hicieron el día anterior.
Poca variedad.
No había champú en la ducha, solo había gel.

El hotel es bonito y lo están remodelando para que de una mejor apariencia

Cons:

La actitud del personal tanto de recepción como del encargado
Contraté 14 habitaciones y todas estaban sucias, pareciera que nunca habían trapeado el piso
Los inodoros muy sucios
Las camaristas solo tienden las camas y dan por hecho que ya está limpia la habitación
