Asa si asa.
Pros:

Locația hotelului este una bună, foarte aproape de centru . Pe jos de la vaporaș am ajuns in 5 minute. La alte 5 minute in partea cealaltă era piața San Marco. Deci poziție perfectă as zice.
Lenjeriile curate .

Cons:

Micul dejun nu avea varietate mare, capuccino a avut un gust oribil, a doua zi mi.am facut cafea peste care am pus lapte, a fost mai ok. Baia extrem de mica, este de înțeles si înțeleg ca suntem in venetia dar curățenia lasa de dorit mult. Păianjeni, crăpături, chiuveta avea o gaura si era reparata oribil, fara frigider in camera.
Aerul condiționat infect. Zgomotos. Geamul fusese spart, adică, zici ca cineva a intrat cu forța in camera aceea, tot timpul cand plecam închideam si geamul dar si chestiile acelea de lemn. Toată mocheta in camera murdara, a trebuit sa umblu numai in papuci.
În prima seara s.a luat curentul, am tras o sperietura groaznică. A venit cam in 30 de minute dar era o bezna totala.
Asa hotelul pe scara interioara era curat, ușile frumoase cu imagini, dar interiorul lasa mult de dorit. Se poate face curat si renova putin.

Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje, raznolik in dober zajtrk

Cons:

Nujno je potrebno očistiti klime in filtre, saj je iz klime zelo smrdelo, prav tako je klima kar glasna. Zaradi smrada sva jo morala ugasniti.

Cons:

I requested a first floor room for medical reasons before I arrived. I was told the AC was not working on the first floor. I told them I was Okay with that. When I arrived, they refused to put me on the first floor and put me on the third floor. Also they ran out of food for the breakfast for 2 days. I asked for a refund for the breakfast and they refused.

Location was fab, everything on doorstep. Polite staff, good breakfast

Toilet position was close to wall and shower cubicle, was difficult to use. And Im not chubby person.

Personale gentile, posizione molto centrale per visitare Venezia e per raggiungere i vaporetti, ambiente pulito. Colazione varia e abbondante lo Consiglio Sicuramente.

Odada buzdolabı yoktu. Klima özellikle sabahları bozuldu. Çalışan personel sayısı çok azdı. Kahvaltıya ve resepsiyona bakan tek kişi vardı. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi. Kahvaltı çok eksikti. Haşlanmış yumurta bile yoktu. Tek bir Çeşit peynir vardı. Bu parayı hak etmeyen ve çok kötü işletilen bir hotel.
