The staff were great and the location was brilliant.

Cons:

No hot water for a shower had to contact reception the next day to report it as no receptionist on after 17.00,bedrooms so dated and a smell of dampness from the room. No tea making facilities. I booked it for my sister and our husbands for my sister's birthday. My sister had a leak in the room that she was in which she reported we were so disappointed with the room ,we made the most of our time in Venice. The air conditioning wasn't working in the rooms either.

Su ubicación a tan solo 3 minutos andando del puente Rialto y de la plaza San Marco

Cons:

El colchón es MUY incómodo. No pudimos descansar bien ninguna de las noches ya que se hundía en la mitad de la cama y nos levantábamos con dolor de espalda.

Недавно останавливался в Hotel Alcyone и впечатления получились смешанные.
Из плюсов — у отеля действительно отличное расположение. Очень удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей, всё в пешей доступности, что сильно экономит время и делает прогулки по городу комфортными.
В целом отель может подойти благодаря локации, но по уровню комфорта и состоянию номеров есть заметные моменты, которые стоит улучшить.

Cons:

Однако сам номер оставил не лучшее впечатление. Он довольно “уставший”: местами видны повреждения на стенах, а также бросается в глаза залитый чем-то потолок, который был неаккуратно замазан. В целом интерьер требует серьёзного обновления.
Матрасы оказались сильно неудобными — чувствовались пружины, из-за чего нормально выспаться было сложно.
Отдельная проблема — система кондиционирования/отопления. Она работала очень шумно, настолько, что находиться в комнате было сложно, поэтому приходилось её выключать.
Также при заселении нам не сообщили время завтрака. Это, возможно, и наша недоработка, что не уточнили сами, но в итоге мы просто его пропустили.

A localização era boa.

Cons:

A cama era horrível, estou com muita dor nas costas, cheia de buracos, você sente as molas. O quarto cheira a mofo, o banheiro é extremamente pequeno. Sem itens básicos. Não recomendo.

Dies Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage unweit vom Markusplatz. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Service im Hotel ist sehr nett und es gibt ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet weit über sonstigem italienischem Standard. Das Hotel versprüht einen wunderbar venezianischen Charme mit den Marmorböden, den gold abgesetzten Möbeln und den Stoff-Wandbespannungen. Ganz besonders ist auch der Frühstücksraum. Hier gleiten die Gondeln direkt vorm Fenster über den Kanal. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Einige Dinge dürften Mal überholt werden. Die Einbauschränke und Türen könnten mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Eine Kleiderstange fehlte und eine Steckdose war defekt.

Sa situation idéale a 5 minutes de la place saint Marc ainsi que du pont du Rialto. Personnel agréable, accueil avec un jeune homme faisant l’effort de parler français .

Cons:

Climatisation pas trop efficace et bruyante.
Quelques fruits frais en plus au petit déjeuner pourrait faire la différence
