Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich, das Zimmer schön und geräumig, das Bett super bequem. Alles bestens!
Die Bushaltestelle fast vor dem Haus, lief alles optimal auch mit unserem Hund. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

Ruhiges Zimmer mit Garten Blick und kleinem Balkon. Bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Busanbindung zum Vaporetto

Cons:

Haus insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Obst, Gemüse und Abwechslung beim Frühstück haben gefehlt.

Danke für alles, es hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist eine ruhige Lage, trotzdem eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Frühstück war gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Check in und out lief problemlos

Cons:

Die Bettdecken könnten für die Jahreszeit noch etwas wärmer sein. Ich bekam aber sofort eine zweite. Danke

BUEN SITIO PARA VISITAR VENECIA , ES UNA CASA ANTIGUA INCLUIDA LA DECORACION CON SOLO 10 HABITACIONES , ESTAN BIEN , LA TV ES MUY PEQUEÑA. NO HAY RUIDO EXTERIOR SI NO TE TOCA PLNTA DE ABAJO SE OYEN LOS PASO DE LAS PLANTAS SUPERIORES.DESAYUNO CORTITO LE FALTA FRUTA Y UN POCO MAS DE VARIEDAD . LOS DUEÑOS TE ATIENDEN MUY BIEN. DEL ALOJAMIENTO AL VAPORETTO SME TIENE 1,6KM SOBRE UNOS 15 MINUTOS ANDANDO. HAY AUTOBUSES PERO NO CON MUCHA FRECUENCIA.

Im Frühstücksraum roch es nach Schimmel.
Fast keine Auswahl beim Frühstück nur gegen Aufpreis.
Der Kaffee war ungenießbar in einer Thermoskanne gegen Aufpreis von 6 € bekommt man einen Cappuccino von der Maschine.

Cons:

Der schlechte Geruch (schimmel) im ganzen Haus und im Frühstücksraum.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
Pros:

Die Villa Albertina kann ich bestens empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, auf alle Fälle besser, als man bei 2 Sternen erwarten darf. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wesentlich mehr, als man bei einem italienischen Frühstück erwarten darf. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.
