The staff were awesome and so friendly and helpful

Convenient location. Transporation is right in front of the hotel so it was very easy to haul luggages. The view from their restaurant where they serve breakfast was pretty nice. Lots of shopping, bars and restaurants around the area. I'll gladly stay here again in the future! Thank you!

Beautiful hotel - staff were very friendly and helpful in securing water taxis etc - the food at the restaurant was excellent ! I would definetly stay here again !

The location was everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It sucked the didn’t have an elevator and the bed was a little hard but overall the hotel was great to include the restaurant.

The entire staff was extremely kind and they all spoke English. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They took the time to get to know us and were genuinely interested in us. A big thank you to Mary, Roman, St Michael :), Michaele and Nico the dog! Highly recommend this pensione. Also it is located 2 blocks from Piazza San Marco

It was August and the weather was hot. We appreciated the air conditioning. The location was perfect, near the sites and water taxi stop from airport. It was clean. The breakfast was filling. We had a pleasant stay.

Staff was excellent as was the restaurant. The only downside for a couple of seniors was the walk up 4 flights daily. They did take our bags up to our room at arrival and it was easier coming down at checkout. Overall I would highly recommend.

AC might not be functioning at optimal capacity on hot days. Staff was kind and breakfast was fantastic.

Very nice clean room, comfortable bed with great air conditioning. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was very attentive. Great location in Venice, easy to find and close to everything. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the authenticity of the hotel. It is also very clean and the staff is very friendly. We were always welcomed when we walked in. The breakfast is incredible and our waitress was very nice. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience at Wildner as always. We quickly got a same day reservation after having an issue with a different hotel. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They even recognized my husband from years ago when he stayed with family!
The included breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the lunch we got there another day too!
The staff seem like Italian locals with a family feel to the hotel.
The location is a quick walk to water taxi, St. Mark’s and many other restaurants and shops.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Overall everyone in group liked the stay.

Great location. Water bus stop right in front of hotel was extremely convenient. Easy walk anywhere around town. Many restaurants and shops nearby. On site restaurant was very good. Some say area is noisy, but my room was facing the public gathering/walking/shopping area and yetmy room was quiet. Rooms are dated and no elevator so be ready to climb stairs. Otherwise nice stay.

Great stay! Friendly staff, clean room with great views and a great breakfast/bar/restaurant at the base. We will be back!

Great view,,,,,,,,,,,but the higher your room the more flights of stairs you have to carry your baggage up and then down again, location facing the lagoon and convenient for water taxis, don't get excited about breakfast,,,,and pigeons walking around your feet while you are eating, water pressure in the shower is brilliant, there i said something good about the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, exceptionally convenient for San Marco and Vaporetto transport connections.
