Pros:

Superb location, just next door to the Pantheon with kind staff that is ready to support and help. The guys at the reception and also breakfast are extremely kind and ready to hear the wishes of the guests. The rooms are smaller than it seems on the pictures, and after we complained about the noise from the street, they were ready to give us another room. Try to get the rooms with windows towards the inner yard, as the waste management early morning hours (glass especially) is too loud.

En plus le petit dej et dans le sous sol avec qualité très médiocre

Aussi notre chambre au 4eme étage mais l’ascenseur ne dépassé pas le 3eme étage fallait prendre les escaliers avec les bagages

Fantastic location, could use soundproofing in rooms

The location was fantastic, best part about the stay. The night porter was friendly and chatty

Cons:

Very noisy at night, cleaners banging doors early in morning. Bed was hard but that’s personal preference, lift was very old took stairs couple of times as was worried it would get stuck
