Could be a lot better
Pros:

Location very good. Breakfast was unacceptable. Hot items were always cold. Fried eggs always cold and dry. Scrambled eggs cold and over cooked. Sausages cold. Bread was fresh everyday. Anything else nothing to say about. For the price we paid, can be a lot better.

Location is amazing!!!
Pros:

Amazing location, about 50 yards from the Pantheon. Trevi fountain is about a 10min walk. Lots of great restaurants right outside the door of hotel. Breakfast was good with a very nice and attentive waiter. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in an old building and has tons of charm and beautiful details.

Cons:

Ask for an interior room - while the restaurants right outside the hotel are convenient and the location is amazing - this is a major tourist area and always busy making the street very noisy even late into the night. Closing the window blocked most of the street noise but made the room very warm - while the hotel does have AC, Italian hotels don’t enable it until the end of April. Bathroom was good size with a large shower. While the room was small, it worked fine for our family of 3 with an extra bed.

The ambiance is old world Italian, great location and the staff, especially Danilo, Roberto and Jimmy. Wonderful breakfast

Great location. Comfortable.
Pros:

The property is centrally located. Easy to walk to all areas of the city and if a taxi is needed they are very close. Also the hotel can call for a taxi.
The breakfast was good. Nazariy kept food stocked, and made great coffee. The front desk people were all helpful. I liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. I suspect there is not air conditioning but for my March trip it wasn’t needed.

Cons:

The walls a a bit thin so you can hear people but it was not too bad.

The location was so central walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staff weee so helpful and friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was ok. Only one member of staff serving cooking and making coffee and on clean up duty he seemed a bit too busy at times.
