From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location couldn't have been better for sightseeing in Florence—situated on Via Dei Calzaiuoli, one of the city's main streets, right next to the Duomo. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence looking for convenience, comfort, and exceptional service.
I was happy with this place. Great location. Ok breakfast, friendly staff. Quiet, clean room, beautiful courtyard just outside our room. I would stay here again.

‼️Terrible! DON'T GO! It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in my life! Everything is full of dust...The toilet stinks 🤢 and the shower gets full of water because it's clogged...
I really had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. For the price I paid I expected a clean room!!!!! If I wanted to sleep in the dirt I would rest in the street!!!!!! 😡😡 DON'T GO!!

The hotel is in an excellent location, and unfortunately that is where the positives end. The overall standard feels far below what should be expected, particularly in terms of service. Our experience was significantly affected by the receptionist, Valentina. Her attitude was consistently unhelpful and dismissive. When we requested an ironing board, we were initially told to come to reception to collect one. However, when we followed up, she told me straight to my face “This is not a 6-star hotel, so we don’t have it,” which was both contradictory and extremely rude. In addition, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed on our door, she knocked to ask whether we wanted the room cleaned. When I pointed out the sign, the response was again rude . It is unfortunate that one staff member’s behaviour can negatively impact the overall reputation of a hotel, but in this case, that was our experience. Professionalism and basic courtesy are essential in hospitality, and sadly, they were lacking here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the above and I would recommend for hotel to remove her from the role.

Fiz uma viagem em família (7 pessoas) e reservamos 3 quartos. E tivemos uma grata surpresa com o hotel.
A localização é excepicional! 1quarteirão abaixo da Duomo e uns 2 quarteirões acima da Piazza Della Signoria/Palazzo Vecchio.
Fiquei em um confortável quarto triplo com bonita decoração e banheiro que parece que foi reformado.
Café da manhã era gostoso, com opções de frios, pães, ovo, salsichas, cafés/leites. Havia um stand de croissants com a quantidade de 1 por pessoa.
Funcionários são bastante simpáticos e solicitos
Se voltar a Florença, sem dúvidas irei me hospedar mais uma vez lá!
Achei que a vazão da água do chuveiro um pouco fraca, mas nada que comprometesse a qualidade do banho
O frigobar poderia ser um pouco maior. Não cabia uma garrafa de 1L de água

L'albergo è vicinissimo al Duomo e di conseguenza al centro storico e a tutti i musei principali.
Il bagno era abbastanza spartano, la doccia era sprovvista di box, solamente con una tenda quindi abbastanza scomodo. Mancava inoltre il bidet che a mio avviso è una cosa fondamentale per un bagno.
