Pros:

Very clean and spacious, friendly staff. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a few days until we got back from our hike.

Hotel was clean. Good breakfast choices

Cons:

Bathroom was not well laid out. Bidet not fixed to the floor, a disabled family member fell off the bidet because it moved and tilted, and bumped her head on the floor. Reported it to staff who seemed indifferent to the incident. It took 2 of us to lift our family member off the floor and into the wheelchair. However, the bidet was fixed that same day.
Staff very unfriendly, made us feel unwelcomed and an inconvenience.
We had a meal in the hotel one evening. We were recommended streak which was very tough and not edible, which was sent back but we were still charged for.

Pros:

Perfect location for our stay and the staff were excellent. The breakfasts were a help yourself buffet with plenty of choice. The evening meals were exceptionally tasty and filling. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was only a few minutes from the train station that enabled us to go further afield if we didn't wish to use the hire car. Also walking distance to the Pompeii ruins. Just perfect!

Siisti hotelli. Turvallinen parkkipaikka hotellin pihassa suljetun portin takana. Kauniisti sisustettu aamiaishuone! Vaikka hotelli sijaitsi vilkkaan liikenneympyrän kohdalla, sisällä ei liikenteen äänet juuri kuuluneet.

Cons:

Aamiainen runsas heille, jotka pitävät makeista leivonnaisista. Kaipasimme enemmän leikkeleitä ja kahvia!

Room was clean, quite big bathroom. Big towels

Cons:

It's worth arriving early for breakfast. We were the fourth or fifth table at breakfast, and we were already limited in choices. I recommend getting coffee at a coffee bar - would be more tasty. :)
In our room there was some issue with the main light in the room (the light was flittered), and the main lamp in the bathroom didn’t work.
