This was a lovely relaxing stay and the serving staff were very helpful and cheerful

The lakeside view was amazing.
The hotel was comfortable and clean

Cons:

We were very disappointed to find there was no food available on our arrival. The restaurant was closed as expected, but we had been promised a salad prepared for our arrival which was not the case

Die Lage und das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer, war nicht modern sondern noch eines der älteren. Dementsprechend altes Mobiliar und eher zweckmäßig

Not worth the money. Staff were unfriendly ( or invisible!)
Pros:

Large room with lake view balcony. Pool and gardens

Cons:

No tea making facilities
Charge for water in the room
Issues with room….broken drawer, sink didn’t drain, air con didn’t work until we complained. Spiders on curtains. Bedding not changed daily

Magical memories made here!
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming informative staff on arrival and throughout our stay.
The views are stunning from every area of the hotel.
The pool area is magical.
Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was the best way to start our day. Great choice of high quality food.
The hotel and facilities are spotlessly clean.
Our room, junior suite, was huge, clean, had amazing views from balcony, quiet and extremely comfortable...slept exceptionally well.
Location is perfect! 30 mins leisurely stroll along a beautiful promenade into Malcesine.

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
I love an early morning and late evening cup of tea in bed so tea making facilities would have been perfect.

Näköala oli mahtava! Allasalue ja saunat siistit. Aamupala oli hyvä. Illallinen hotellin ravintolassa samoin.

Cons:

Kävelymatka Malcesinen keskustaan osin tietä pitkin oli hieman hankala. Autolla sijainti oli hyvä.
