Pros:

The hotel view was amazing, and the pool was nice. Free parking was a great plus. It’s an adults-only hotel with live music, and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room had mold on the walls. It was our anniversary, but they didn’t do anything special, even though we had informed them in advance. There was also no coffee machine or water heater in the room.

standard room we got was fantastic as we had ana amazing mountain view and partial view of the lake. dont really need lake view from your room as everywhere you go in the hotel has a breaktaking view of the lake and surroundings.

Cons:

dinner was too fancy and a little pretentious. its 50 euro PP and its fancy food, I get it since its a luxury hotel but it'd be nice if they had a more simple menu as we were hoping for.

Best views of Lake Garda.
Pros:

Amazing location and the pool was perfect. Particular praise for the staff at the pool bar - they made it a great experience. Junior Suite room was massive and excellent view from the balcony. Good breakfast - excellent coffee

Cons:

Bad experience with the massage service associated with the hotel. Cancelled one day then turned up late the next. Not to the standard of the rest of the hotel service.

Beautiful, relaxing high end hotel.
Pros:

The view from our room was outstanding, it took my breath away, we opened the curtains and just saw mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was amazing as we could walk to Malcescine which was beautiful. We cannot wait to go back!

Schöner Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr schöner Anlage mit 4 weiteren Nebengebäuden. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, gross und sauber, ebenso das Badezimmer. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt mit mehreren Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen reichhaltig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Die Betten und Kopfkissen waren sehr bequem. Nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss bis in den Ort Malcesine.

Cons:

Obwohl wir nach einem ruhigen Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude gefragt haben, bekamen wir ein Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant und der Bar, was alles andere als ruhig war (vor allem von der Bar herkommend). Wir haben somit die Balkontüre geschlossen gehalten - auch wegen der Wärme und der gut hörbaren Strasse (wir hätten sonst nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt). Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, nur war diese für unsere Verhältnisse recht laut. Im Badezimmer wäre ein Vergrösserungsspiegel angenehm gewesen, ebenfalls eine Ablagefläche in der Dusche, wo man seine Utensilien hätte platzieren können (wir mussten diese auf den Boden stellen). Die Liegefläche beim Pool war äusserst begrenzt und für unseren Geschmack mit zu vielen Liegen ausgestatten - wir konnten zum Glück an einen ruhigeren Platz ausweichen (Handtuch-Reservierer gab es natürlich auch da....).

Hotel umístěný v krásné zahradě s bazénem, klidné místo s nádherným výhledem na jezero. Snídaně i večeře velmi bohaté a chutné.

Cons:

Pan majitel vyžaduje na večeře dlouhé kalhoty a uzavřené boty, ale na snídani pak klidně přijde host v teplákách a nikomu to nevadí. ☹️
