Hotel Astoria Resort , puro benessere
Pros:

La piscina interna riscaldata, la sauna finlandese e il bagno turco sono stati davvero ideali per momenti di relax.
La sig.ra Karin mi ha fatto un ottimo massaggio, bravissima.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione self service, in particolare la possibilità di preparare succhi freschi con carote e verdure.
Anche la cena è stata molto buona, con un ottimo menù e piacevoli assaggi.

Non abbiamo trovato parcheggio direttamente davanti all’hotel, in quanto già tutto occupato per il periodo pasquale , ma è disponibile un parcheggio gratuito poco distante, oltre la carreggiata.

Cons:

Meno soddisfacente invece la sistemazione della camera: avevamo prenotato una tripla comfort per me e i miei due figli adulti, ma era presente solo un letto matrimoniale con una poltroncina. Ho dovuto richiedere sia gli asciugamani aggiuntivi che la preparazione del terzo letto.

Великолепный отель с минимальными изъянами
Pros:

Понравилось всё. Christina и Anna на рецепции были очень приветливыми и очень нам помогали с вопросами, которые возникали. За это им огромное спасибо. Великолепный завтрак, частная бесплатная подземная парковка. Большая территория, где можно погулять. Отличный вид с балкона на горы. Маленький холодильник в номере. Расположен отель рядом с автобусной станцией, если вдруг надо куда то поехать на автобусе. Расположение такое, что до променада надо минут 15 прогуляться, но ходить полезно, поэтому за это тоже плюс. В 200-300 метрах от отеля есть Лидл. Быстрый WiFi.

Cons:

По закону в данный момент нельзя использовать кондиционер, поэтому нужно либо спать с открытым окном, либо просить вентилятор. В нашем случае вентилятор был сломан, было бы ночью жарче - было бы критично спать. Очень странный ресторан в отеле - нельзя заказать какое то отдельное блюдо, надо заказывать сетами по 25 или 50 евро на человека (без напитков). Лично моё мнение - это какая то ерунда. Платный спа после 11 часов дня - по моему тоже дикость. В нашем случае это все не повлияло на конечную оценку, но для кого то это могло бы быть критичным.

Es war eine schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Die Möglichkeit, an einem Hahn im Foyer Wasserflaschen zu befüllen ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Eine Bettwäsche hatte Löcher und war zerschlissen. Dies ist für ein Vier-Sterne-Haus unangemessen. Zudem ist die Qualität des Toilettenpapier, auch wenn es ökologisch gut ist, nicht angenehm.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Astoria Resort in Riva del Garda! Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre und einem einladenden, gepflegten Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad. Besonders für Gäste ohne Kinder lohnt es sich, den Spa-Bereich nach 13:00 Uhr zu nutzen, um die Ruhe in vollen Zügen zu genießen.Die Zimmer sind mit Bademäntel und Flipflops ausgestattet.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl in einem schönen Restaurant, das den perfekten Start in den Tag bietet. Hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal, besonders Anna und Claudia waren sehr aufmerksam und sind uns bei allen Anliegen herzlich entgegengekommen.

Auch der großzügige Außenbereich hat uns begeistert – viel Platz zum Entspannen und liebevoll gestaltet. Praktisch sind zudem die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Die Lage ist ideal: Sowohl der Gardasee als auch die charmante Altstadt von Riva del Garda sind in etwa 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ideal für ein paar Tage Auszeit.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas - von Kuchen und feinstem Gebäck über Obst, frisch gemachten Crepes und Omlettes bis zur Saftpresse mit frisch geschnittenem Obst und Gemüse.
Der Spa Bereich ist ausreichend und mit den Proben an Qualitätsprodukten (Cremen, Peeling, Masken…) ein großes Plus.
Die Anlage rundherum lädt in den warmen Monaten sicherlich zum Verweilen ein.
Die Aufhängeschnur im Bad für nasses Badegewand ist genial.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren eindeutig zu durchgelegen und im Zimmer wären Haken zum Aufhängen von Jacken oder Taschen angenehm.
