Important information:

Hotel guests enjoy a complimentary 2-hours SPA experience. A reservation is required.

In the case of early departures, the hotel will charge you for 1 night as a penalty.

Children of age 4 to 12 can access Spa upon reservation Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 11:00.

When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of 15€ per dog, per night applies. Please note that the property can only allow dogs with a maximum weight of 15 kilos. Other pets are not admitted.

Please note that the external swimming pools are open from 1st of June until 15th of September.

Park Pools: Blue Pool (ideal for adults) and Riviera Pool (ideal for children) are open seasonally from 1st June to 15th September.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The grounds and gardens were beautiful.

Cons:

How hot it was and the pools were not open. You only got 2 hours at the spa per day. The coffee was really bad cheap beans. The food was really expensive. you're on a mountain, and they don't offer any shuttle bus down to shops or restaurants, so be prepared to do a lot of walking

Pros:

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e accogliente. La camera era pulita e confortevole, anche se la doccia era un po' piccolina, i mobili datati e purtroppo i muri sono sottili, quindi si sente tutto. La Spa è carina e rilassante, purtroppo però hanno fatto un errore con la prenotazione del massaggio e alla fine ho dovuto farne uno diverso da quello che avevo richiesto. Non ho usufruito della colazione, quindi non posso valutarla. La struttura dispone di un comodo parcheggio e si trova a 5 minuti d'auto dal mare.
