Cons:

Struttura che necessita di aggiornamento, le foto non rispecchiano lo stato di fatto con evidenti segni di manutenzione non gestita, specie nella spa con ruggine e alcuni servizi rotti e non funzionanti.

Foto pubblicate non reali, Colazione non inclusa in un 4 stelle di vocazione leisure anni 90, al giorno d’oggi assurdo! Peccato

Fortuna il silenzio dell location che permette un riposo adeguato.

La posizione, la palestra, la cortesia dello staff, la qualità del massaggio posturale.

Cons:

1.Macchinoso il meccanismo della colazione (peraltro non proprio economica) non compresa nell'offerta, 15 euro a persona se dichiarato all'arrivo, altrimenti 20 euro, e bisogna decidere in anticipo quante colazioni fare (se rimango tre giorni e il terzo giorno decido di farla ma non l'ho richiesta, pago 20 e non 15).

2. Una sola bottiglietta d'acqua gratuita - siamo in due, fare trovare DUE bottiglie d'acqua agli ospiti è normale (un'inezia, vero, ma anche queste piccole cose fanno il salto definitivo di qualità)

Non è prima volta siamo in questa struttura, ci piace tanto, bella zona di spa, letti comodi, silenzio e staff gentile e molto disponibile. Abbiamo visto da fuori che c’è palestra, ma non ho capito se si può usare o come si fa.

Cons:

The hotel advertises itself as 4 star. Our room had a shower that was stopped up and flooded the floor, had a balcony door that didn’t lock, and was missing all the cushions from the sofa bed. Of course the desk staff was apologetic, but of course no refund offered. It is a nice location, but if 4 star is what you are expecting, probably should stay somewhere else.
