Cons:

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, probably the worst I’ve had so far. Although the location is good and the presentation photos create high expectations, the reality is quite different.

Being close to the train station and the bus terminal, the area is not the most pleasant. Unfortunately, there are often questionable մարդիկ around the hotel, which creates a real sense of discomfort, especially in the evening.

The room is very small, approximately 15–16 sqm. The bathroom seems to have been added later to the original structure and is extremely narrow (approx. 2.8–3 m by 1 m). There is practically no space for basic comfort – it’s difficult even to dry yourself after a shower or to use the toilet normally (see photos).

The bed was, without exaggeration, one of the most uncomfortable I’ve encountered. The mattress support was damaged, with makeshift fixes, and the mattress itself was very thin and would deform immediately (see photos).

From an aesthetic point of view, the room feels stuck in the 1990s: an old TV, worn skirting boards, aluminum window frames, and outdated furniture. Overall, the place looks old and poorly maintained.

Another major downside is the noise. The walls are very thin and you can hear absolutely everything, both from the hallway and from neighboring rooms. Moreover, the head of the bed is positioned next to the neighboring bathroom, and the noise from there is extremely disturbing — you can literally hear everything. On top of that, there is a fast-food restaurant across the street that receives deliveries early in the morning, and the noise from handling the goods is very disruptive.

The staff was generally polite and willing to help, and the breakfast was acceptable, but these aspects do not make up for the rest of the issues.

Overall, I do not consider the value for money justified and most likely I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Là struttura ha un ottimo standard di servizi e comforrt accompagnato da un personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Ottima colazione e buon rapporto qualità e prezzo. Le camere non sono all altezza degli altri servizi perché pure essendo dótate di diversi optional e pulita andrebbe rimodernata . Ma un riferimento se tornero a Pescara!!

Pros:

Está situado muy cerca de la estación de autobuses por lo que resulta genial para desplazamiento a otro lugar de Italia.
Me ha encantado que tenga habitaciones cuádruples para albergar a la familia. Eso sí, la litera de arriba es incómoda para bajar sobre todo y lo suyo es que duerman niñxs.

Cons:

El hotel tiene escalones por el pasillo y dentro del baño de la habitación.

Pros:

Miejsce idealne pod względem miejsca, wszędzie bardzo blisko, na plażę ok.7 min spacerkiem, do butików, knajpek, na kawę czy ciacho ok 2-3 min. Do przystanku autobusowego w różnych kierunkach ok 4 min spacerkiem. Śniadania dla każdego Polaka 🙂, tj. coś na słodko a i kanapki tradycyjne też można zjeść 😉. Polecam serdecznie 🙂.

Jedyny minus to że w pokoju jak i w łazience nie da się zakręcić kaloryferów bo są stare 🫣, tak więc na początku marca spaliśmy przy otwartym oknie, co też nie było bardzo ciągliwe

Cons:

Es un poco antiguo, pero es verdad que está bien cuidado, lo más incómodo es la cama que un poco dura pero a la vez se hunde. La verdad que la calidad relación precio ha estado bien.

Piacevole.
Pros:

Posizione centrale, in prossimità della stazione FS, della movida, delle attività commerciali, del centro, del mare e dei bus. Purtroppo la sera, verso le stazioni, qualità dei frequentatori discutibile. Colazione buona servizio ed assistenza pure.
