Economical with some discords, but many exceptional high points!
Pros:

The Staff was superb!! Especially one young lady (sorry I have forgotten her name) took her time at home to print out pages of wineries in 5-6 local areas. It was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and included. The location ideal! Very close to train/bus station and Central City with tons of shopping! The room very small and older than expected. My room was half floor up stairs from elevator floor.

Cons:

Size of room. Older facility. Elevator not on the same floor as my room. But, for the cost which included an excellent breakfast and extremely helpful staff, I would not complain about little discomforts.

Pros:

Soggiorno nel complesso positivo. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante e varia, dal dolce al salato, e ambienti puliti. Abbiamo apprezzato i piccoli dettagli di benvenuto trovati in camera, che fanno sentire l’ospite coccolato.

Ottima la posizione, vicina sia al centro che al mare, ideale per visitare la città.

Siamo infine lieti di aver contribuito, con il nostro soggiorno, al senso e ai valori degli Hotel Phi, una realtà di cui siamo venuti a conoscenza proprio ieri grazie a questa esperienza.

Cons:

La camera ci ha convinto meno: affaccio su un muro e arredamento un po’ da rivedere rispetto agli spazi comuni. È comunque un aspetto soggettivo, anche in base a quanto tempo si trascorre in camera.
