Serena Majestic Hotel

Bellissima tappa al Serena. Una garanzia come sempre.

Ero stato due anni fa' nel lato residence e mi ero trovato bene, quest'anno ho voluto provare la parte hotel sperando superasse a comfort la parte residence. Purtroppo già dalla prima notte è stato un incubo, non riuscivo a dormire, il vento che c'era faceva sbattere di molto la porta finestra che affaccia sul balcone, facendo parecchio rumore, tutto questo di notte. Inoltre non riuscivo a spegnere l'aria condizionata neanche dal termostato c'era un on/off eppure mi era stato detto alla reception basta togliere la scheda e va via la corrente anche al climat. tolgo la scheda ma sempre la prima notte l'aria vedo continua tutta la notte a funzionare, provocandomi il giorno dopo stati influenzali, rovinandomi la vacanza purtroppo. Inoltre zanzare in camera, un 4 stelle e neanche le zanzariere e infissi decenti... Da ristrutturare sicuramente, personalmente gli darei 3 stelle.

Cons
Shower tray was tiny.
There was a mad rush at meal times for the buffet, it felt like pandemonium in there at times.
The beach huts/umbrellas were a little close together and it could use run way to the sea as the sand is very hot.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, not even the choice to rent one.
No door tag to say do not disturb or please clean the room
Not much loo roll, we purchased more
not quite clear on the drinks system, did i get wine, or was it just water on full board?

Pros
Dedicated beach brolly, and loungers (bearing in mind that you get that if you pay for full board as we did, its comes in the package, unlike 'Residente' or self catering this is an extra)
Close to the Beach
Wide variety of food each session
Comfy bed and pillows, wonderful nights sleep
AC worked a dream! Clothes airer in on the balcony is great to dry those beach towels and swimmers off
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
Great Pool
Great Newsagent, and additional on site mini market! Especially for bottled water!

Very well placed object - almost on the beach. Personel is very kind and helpfuull. We can check in earlier and check out later than usual. Nice hall and outside terrace - comftable tables and chair you can use even after bar is closed. Comftable beds. Little fridge andTV in the room. Cleaning service every morning.

Struttura molto grande, bella, accogliente, direttamente sul mare.
Gli alloggi confortevoli forse da rivedere alcune cose visto che si tratta di un 4 stelle.
Personale cordiale e attento agli ospiti.
Il punto forte di questa struttura e' l' animazione veramente eccellente

Very clean and the BLD buffet was amazing!

Tutto ottimo, ma se si prenota sabato e domenica la tessera club non dovrebbe essere richiesta (o almeno non per intero) dato che l’animazione è molto ridotta

Rooms without air conditioning. No supplement for the room. Uncomfortable bed. Small and old bathroom. The kitchen is falling apart. At the reception they did not try to solve the problem of the terrible room.

Absolutely everything was wonderful from check in to check out. Clean, fun, friendly, professional, great entertainment and animation, AMAZING FOOD and a beautiful beach. Everything you would ask for

Ottimo hotel,cibo buono, mare bellissimo e animazione TOP

We were accommodated in an apartment that was far from being 4star.The apartment smelled of toilet. We were traveling with my brother's family and even though to told the staff that we are traveling together we were accommodated in different buildings and we were settled in distant beach umbrellas. The staff was not accommodating at all.

Bellissima struttura da migliorare solo la piscina con gli scivoli perché l acqua è gelata in quanto poco soleggiata per il resto una meravigliosa vacanza ritornerò sicuramente per la terza volta.

Direttamente sul mare (ahimè Adriatico che non mi piace perché non molto pulito e con presenza di meduse).
Piacevoli e pulite le piscine una grande con intrattenimento pomeridiano è una piccola con scivoli per bambini (un po’ fredda) oltre quella per i piccoli al club serenino. Personale delle pulizie in azione 24/24. Spesso offerti stuzzichini e/o cocomero fresco. Spettacoli serali divertenti e ben fatti da un gruppo di ragazzi e ragazze MERAVIGLIOSI. Gli intrattenitori sono FANTASTICI un ringraziamento speciale a IVAN MARCO LUCA CICCIO e tutti gli altri che hanno reso la vacanza SPECIALE. Grazie alle ragazze del Serenino che prendendosi cura dei bimbi più piccoli hanno permesso di rilassarsi ai genitori anche se Marta che c’era lo scorso anno ci è mancata (senza nulla togliere a Sara). Solo 2 annotazioni: la TV troppo piccola per il Residence e poi chebprendeva praticamente 4/5 canali e con effetto nebbia e i fotografi un po’ troppo invadenti e con presenza troppo assidua un po’ fastidioso (lo scorso anno c’erano solo in qualche tratto di giornata)

Hotel Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei jeder Anfrage weitergeholfen. Der Zustand der Einrichtungen hat uns positiv beeindruckt. Wir konnten die Tennis-, Fussball-, Basketballplätze und die dazu gehörende Ausrüstung unkompliziert buchen. Alles steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das "Clubcard System" ist sehr praktisch. Hier kann man die Karte entweder an der Rezeption oder am Strandkiosk des Hotels aufladen lassen und braucht dadurch
kein bares Geld. Von Mittelhof aus kann man direkt auf den Strand laufen. Dort befindet sich die Liegen und Sonnenschirme des Hotels, die nach Reihe und Platznummer gekennzeichnet sind. 2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind im Preis enthalten. Achtung: Bei Expedia bucht man nur die Übernachtung. Hotelleistungen müssen im Vorort gekauft werden ( 36 Euro pro Person pro Aufenthalt ).
Strand ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Die kleinen können ziemlich weit ins Wasser ohne das es die Hüften überschreitet.
Tolle Restaurants an dem Strand entlang, sehr gutes essen. Schönes Einkaufszentrum ist zu Fuss und Supermärkte sind mit Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Aus dem Grund ist das Zimmer mit Küche eine tolle Lösung für Familien mit Kindern.

Attenzione al costo dell'albergo perché oltre alla cifra che credi di aver pattuito cercano di addebitare 45 euro di pulizia e una iscrizione club da circa 50 euro a persona poiché è un residence. E' tutto scritto ma non ci si fa caso. Expedia mi ha risolto il problema
