Harika bir otel
Pros:

Otelin konumu bir harika. Çalışanları çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Otel uygun olduğundan bizi ücret talep etmeden daha geniş bir odaya yerleştirdiler. Arabamızı nereye park edeceğimiz konusunda bizi çok iyi yönlendirdiler, hiç sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, internet sorunsuz.

Cons:

Odada su ısıtıcısı yoktu.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Giulia della reception ci ha dato molte info e ci ha aiutato telefonicamente. Camera pulita e con le dotazioni necessarie. Colazione ben fornita. Ristorante caratteristico con sconto per i clienti dell'hotel.

Cons:

Il lucernario. Non so se non lo abbiamo trovato noi ma non aveva l'oscuramento quindi luce la mattina presto ma è giusto un dettaglio.

Pros:

In questa struttura siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti dalla disponibilità e solarità dello staff, dalla posizione dell'albergo, dalla comodità dell'ampia camera e dalla buona cucina del ristorante sottostante l'hotel.

DESTINACIJA JE ZA PREPORUČITI, PREDIVNA ŠETNICA, BLIZINA IZLETIŠTA.

-toplina u sobi i kupaoni
-prosječan doručak
-ljubazno osoblje

Cons:

-nesporazum kod rezervacije soba gdje smo tražili dvije dvokrevetne sobe, a u rezervaciji je stajalo dvije dvokrevetne sobe sa jednom osobom unutra, što je nelogično, ako smo dva bračna para.Problem se riješio jer su nas čekale sobe s bračnim krevetom, ali smo morali nadoplatiti dva noćenja za jednu osobu ekstra!
-nesporazum oko parkinga gdje smo tražili parking bez naplate, a pokazali su nam natkriti parking s naplatom u blizini hotela.
Srećom, parking nije skup, ali nije trebalo pokazivati na mapi parking s naplatom, ako postoji malo dalje javni parking bez naplate.

Posizione centrale, staff efficiente e simpatico, letto comodo e colazione veramente super!

Cons:

Era tutto ottimo, se posso fare solo un piccolo appunto le stanze non erano insonorizzate ma essendo in zona pedonale i rumori erano veramente pochi.

Pros:

Dopo tanti anni che visitiamo Riva del Garda il ristorante kapuziner e l'hotel Vittoria non deludono mai. Staff strepitoso, camere silenziose e pulite. Bagno ristrutturato con una doccia grande e comoda.
