La disponibilità e l'accoglienza dello staff hanno allietato questo soggiorno
Pros:

Posizione ottima, proprio nel centro storico di Napoli, a due passi dalla metro Toledo. Personale estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Cons:

Farei una maggiore manutenzione alla struttura in generale.

Charming hotel in a good location with lovely staff.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were lovely and breakfast had everything you need, did like the roof top bar.
Loved the bars just outside.

Cons:

A little bit dated but that was the charm.

スタッフにいくつか希望をお伝えした際、全てのスタッフにそれが共有されていたので何度も説明する手間がありませんでした。また、朝食付き2泊でしたが1泊は観光で朝早く出るため朝食を食べない旨を伝えたら、フルーツやヨーグルト、クロワッサンを持たせてくれたり、道が不安だと紙に書いて丁寧に教えてくださったり、全てのスタッフが親切で温かい対応をしてくださいました。設備は少し古めですが、それが気にならないほど快適に過ごせました。ナポリに行く時にはまたこちらを利用したいと思います。
