The desk clerk was the worst ever in all my years of travel. I really can’t help but wonder why you would employ someone with zero people relation skills in that position! A/C almost non existent and a shower in the room that only a midget could fit into! Strongly suggest you remove the hotel from your site as it will reflect poorly on your business. Sincerely, displeased patron.

Ambiente elegante e curato. Ottime colazioni. Ristorante da provare. Bello il parco termale. Forse lo stabile un po' datato ma l' hotel ha il suo fascino.
Giusta anche l'animazione serale.

Si spacciano per 4 stelle ma non arrivano neanche a 2. Dicono che si trovano ad 1,5 km dal mare ma in realtà sono 5. Lido convenzionato che fa pena. Zona orrenda

la piscine du spa payante mais très bien
pour les massages si vous ne restez pas longtemps leur téléphoner avant car nous n avons pas eu de place

Pros:

l'albergo risente della stagionalità anche del personale.Le conseguenze sono varie ed immaginabili.
La TV satellitare(secondo la presentazione dell'hotel) è niente altro che un rimando di pochi programmi in un circuito interno in cui si ricevono circa 7, 8 programmi.
La copertura dei cellulari telefonici è carentissima (a stento si parla ed anche male).
Internet neanche a parlarne sulla rete mobile. WiFi. c'è ed è a pagamento(ed anche cara 2 € per ora) ma solo nella hall dell'albergo.
Le camere sono buone ma manca un balcone od una cordicella nel bagno per asciugare costumi e teli da mare.
Il personale della reception è buono e cattivo , dipende da chi si trova.L'hotel per la zona in cui opera è caro: Nella settimana precedente il ferragosto gli hotel a tre stelle(con WiFi libero) offrivano la pensione completa a 35€, la settimana di ferragosto a 55€ , mentre l'hotel terme praticava pensione completa a 128€. E' fuori mercato!
