Wonderful hotel

Stunning lake views and excellent service—a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Residence Lido Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
• Prime Location & Views: The location is unbeatable. The view from our balcony was breathtaking—waking up to the beautiful lake scenery every morning was the highlight of our trip.
• Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh options to start the day off right.
• Convenient Parking: As we were driving, the ease of parking was a huge plus. It was hassle-free and very convenient.
• Attentive Service: The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The service was thoughtful, professional, and truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and stunning views, this is definitely the place to stay. We would love to come back!

What a lovely place!
Pros:

Such a lovely place ! They upgraded us for free when available and all were so incredibly lovely
and friendly. The dock was perfect, as was the pool.

Cons:

While they didn’t provide washing up liquid or
tea towels, we were given a small amount of dish soap which got us through the night. Just note the location as it will cost €4pp to go to and from town each way.

Toilet meget mærkeligt lagt i lejlighed, kunne godt være et par håndklæder mere

Loved this hotel and will be back!!!
Pros:

This hotel is beautifully renovated with cool design. Our room was a lake view apartment with a balcony. It was air conditioned and had a kitchenette. It had a garage with included parking. The pool was gorgeous. The lake is immediately across the road for swimming and relaxing. The staff were amazing. Particularly Nicola. Thank you for having us!

Cons:

Nothing! Note: we had a car and could easily drive where we needed. It is just a little far out of town to walk (30 mins approx) but there is a shuttle bus.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, the efforts put in the hotel are visible: from it being clean to breakfast being carefully prepared and even items outside of the buffet like eggs were offered.
The location is outside of Malcesine, it takes about 40 mins by walk to get to the Malcesine center.
