Absolutely amazing stay with family in fabulous location even with the shorts drama
Pros:

Location, pool and the staff were outstanding
Linda and Bakery were so happy and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable

Cons:

Being unaware until our arrival about gentlemen not being able
To wear tailored shorts in restaurant when nowhere on their website or booking site stated this as policy and only found out due to a member of our party being embarrassed in front of family about wearing them. Who packs long trousers for an evening meal during a heatwave in Italy. Fortunately common sense prevailed

Pros:

Location excellent ,the hotel was very clean and staff friendly .

Cons:

Breakfast was average , and pool area sun loungers were very uncomfortable and no toilet facilities near pool , disappointed in the air conditioning ( centrally controlled by hotel and too warm )

Pros:

Die Lage ist super - man ist direkt am See und Bardolino erreicht man auch nach 5 Gehminuten. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal war nicht sehr freundlich und auch langsam. Die Liegen am Pool waren begrenzt und viel zu eng gestellt. Man konnte sich hier kaum rühren. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zwar gut ist aber relativ laut.
