Not the best
Pros:

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.
Poolside was a relaxing area for a drink after a days outing.

Cons:

The carpet in the corridor to our room was dirty and stained. The television was not checked and didn't work, but it was repaired. The shower hand set rail needed repair. At breakfast the hot food was at different ends of the buffet, so you had to hunt down where everything was, I was not alone in that wandering around.

Pros:

Sehr guter Service, sehr nettes Personal. Viele Extras inklusive ZB. eine Flasche Sekt und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Jeden Mittag Kaffee und Tee mit Gebäck stand zur freien Verfügung.

Ein gelungener Urlaub am schönen Gardasee.
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel ist zwar schon älterer Bauart aber immer noch sehr gut in Schuss.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Gebäck, Schinken, Lachs, Käse, Obst, Rührei war immer ausreichend vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Alle Mitarbeiter, egal ob Rezeption oder Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und sprachen auch alle Deutsch.
Das Auto war in der Parkgarage gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Leider wurde unser immer erst am Nachmittag aufgeräumt.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Ein großer Pool sorgt für Erfrischung. Zum See in 5 Minuten. Frühstücks buffet mit großer Auswahl. Zimmer geräumig mit großem Balkon. Auch Abends noch schön zu sitzen auf einen Cocktail.

Cons:

Zimmermädchen war nicht der Hit trotz großzügigen Trinkgeld.

Duschablaufdeckel ist ständig herausgerutscht, genau am Duschort ! Rutsch gefährlich !
Ecken waren rostig und schwarz.
ZIMMER:
Schmales Doppelbett , beim drehen war der Partner wach,hat so geschüttelt !
Sehr ringhörig,haben Nachbarn beim schnarchen und Stuhl rücken gehört !
