Hotel Salaria

At the moment of arrival nobody spoke English.
During my booking I was asked to leave my card details with the warranty that the card won’t get charged, as I choose “pay at the property “. My card was charged.
My trip was during my birthday, nothing provided, booking for 15 days.
In the booking was mentioned room with breakfast included.
Breakfast contained only products containing sugar (pastries mostly and a coffee machine). I’m allergic to sugar.
While talking to manager about my experience he replied: “say thank you that I’m offering you breakfast...!” I said that it’s included in my booking and to me it’s not a favour from his side. He then added: “you get what you paid for, what you want? It’s a 3 star hotel!” Unacceptable behaviour, negative body language, rude reply’s.
During my checkout I asked assistance to reach train station which is 1.5km away. Manager said: “it’s your problem, I can’t help you” . In my booking was mentioned that transportation from the hotel it’s provided with additional charges, I asked to avail the service and he said: “ we don’t have this service, you can call a taxi if you want “
I regretted every second I was there. Treated like a unwanted person who is receiving free service rather then a guest!!!
And the top of negative experience was to be asked to give them the key of my room while going outside as it’s not allowed to remain with me!!!! This happened while during the night nobody was at reception and I couldn’t entry to room.

La atención del personal muy correcta, la limpieza también estuvo a la altura.

El desayuno poco variado y las instalaciones necesitan actualizarse.

Abbiamo alloggiato nelle "camerette" esterne. Non molto confortevoli, poco spazio in cui muoversi e anche il bagno strettissimo. La pulizia è ok, asciugamani e lenzuola vengono cambiate ogni giorno. Considerando comunque che è solo un "appoggio" dove dormire, visti anche i prezzi contenuti, tutto sommato direi che è niente male.

This was my second long stay based on my positive experience from last year. The rooms are of good size and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast is good, the WIFi works well and ample open parking is available at no additional charge. It is a bit outside Rome but access to downtown is simple and direct (park at the garage on Via Ludovisi a cross street of Via Veneto). Also access to highways surrounding the city (including the one to the airport) is close by. Finally in the context of what is provided the price is very reasonable. As I posted in my review last year, I will stay here again when I return to Rome.

Camera pulita, buon funzionamento del wi-fi, hotel facilmente raggiungibile ed ampia disponibilità di parcheggio. Check-in e check-out rapidi.

tipico Hotel di passaggio, sulla salaria quindi comodo vicino all'uscita, un buon parcheggio dove piazzare la macchina e una camera confortevole. Il servizio è stato gentile e cordiale, mi sono state indicate diverse soluzioni per la cena.

The hotel is old and a little run down. Very close to the new Rome LDS Temple. Price was very good

Ho soggiornato nel motel tre giorni per il capodanno.Buona l'accoglienza il personale e' molto cordiale e disponibile,le camere a parte un po' di polvere sui moibili sono pulite avrebbero solo bisogno di un po' di manutenzione (si nota l'usura degli anni) e di essere
controllate nella mia ad esempio lo scarico del wc non scaricava tanto bene io mi sono arrangiato riempiendo di acqua il secchio della spazzatura.La colazione e' abbondante e tenendo presente che e' offerta dalla casa ,niente da dire.Il WF e' molto buono alla massima potenza e in sala ci sono due pc a disposizione.Buona anche la posizione per il centro se si usa la macchina a10 km dalla metro Jonio Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo.Dovessi ripassare da Roma ci ritornero',Consigliato!

When I am in Rome again I plan to stay at this hotel and this write-up is based on an 11 night stay. My single room was large and comfortable with a double bed - not something you normally get in a European hotel and the AC worked very well. Complimentary breakfast includes good orange juice, cereals and hard boiled eggs in addition to a large variety of pastries and yogurts. There is no espresso bar but the coffee machines provided deliver good strong coffee once you learn how they work. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Free parking is ample. As opposed to what I noted in older reviews, the place is very clean as are the rooms. The only negative is that the free WiFi did not operate in the rooms I and my son had. It did work in the dining area and adjacent sitting room and supposedly in the main area of the hotel as well. I was not really affected as a T-Mobile customer because I received good service anyway given T-Mobile's presence in Italy. However, my son as a Verizon customer had to pay Verizon's tab of $10 a day for internet service but given the pricing of rooms this hotel is still a bargain. The staff tried to fix the WiFi to cover our rooms but was unable to do so for any consistent period of time.
If you are not driving this MOTEL is not for you since there is nothing of interest within a short walking distance and the center of Rome is approximately a 20 minute drive away. On the other hand access to the airports, and highways is excellent.

Albergo squallido, colazione schifosa tutto confezionato cappuccino in bicchiere di plastica. TOGLIETELO DALLE VOSTRE OFFERTE

Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera sempre pulita con asciugamani ogni giorno puliti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione del motel ben collegato con tutte le vie di Roma con pochi minuti si arriva al centro della città. Lo consiglio!

Problemi con la puzza di fumo nella camera

motel appena fuori roma, l unica cosa positiva è il posto auto in un parcheggio di fortuna all interno della recinzione in cui vi è la struttura. il resto è da dimenticare!! per fortuna vi ho pernottato solo un giorno, poi son passato in un albergo in un altra zona di roma. personale tristissimo e stanco, camere piccole vecchie e sporche, sanitari ingialliti, nessun odore di pulito.. colazione oltre le peggiori aspettative: solo qualche brioche confezionata di non ben definita marca, ed un po' di marmellata con fette biscottate.. allucinante. ah, non per ultimo, la fattura o ricevuta è su gentile richiesta!!! altrimenti arrivederci e grazie.. ORRIBILE
