Vacanza molto piacevole
Pros:

È la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Mi sono trovata molto bene con tutto lo staff, persone gentilissime sempre pronte a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente... bravissimo Francesco che mi ha portato la cena in camera quando il servizio di solito non si fa.. tornerò sicuramente!!

Der zuständige Mitarbeiter, der uns am Abend betreut hat war einfach Weltklasse. Alleine wegen ihm würden wir das Gozel wieder buchen. Leider wissen wir seinen Namen nicht. Vielen Dank. Klasse Typ, einfach Hammer...Liebe Grüsse

Confortevole soggiorno
Pros:

posizione perfetta, arrivo sci ai piedi. Vicino al centro e con parcheggio dedicato.
Camere spaziose e comode
Ski room perfetta, scarponi scaldati, facile accesso
Colazione dalle 7 del mattino

Cons:

Box doccia rotto e doccino che perdeva acqua.
La SPA, molto carina era piena di stranieri che parlavano a voce altissima (metterei un cartello )
La colazione bene ma non benissimo, varie torte ma pochi cornetti
