Pros:

Dort ist so scheiße und schmutzig und unfreundlich und Respektlos, ich habe gebucht einen zimmer mit Balkon aber habe ich bekommen ohne Balkon und der zimmer war nicht wie beschreibung, war Bettwäsche nicht gewaschen und Toilette war so schmutzig und keine frei auto park vorhanden und der alte mann mit Brille der Kunde Service war so Respektlos und nur sitzt er in der Bar und Bier trinken und jedesmal muss ich zu ihn wenn brauche ich was , ich habe am 24.08 gebucht und ich war dort um 18 Uhr dann nach dem habe ich der zimmer gesehen bin ich sofort raus zum andere hotel gegangen und trotzdem habe ich keine mein Geld bekommen auch, ich empfehle für niemanden dort zu gehen und bekommt mann einen zimmer mit Balkon nur wenn du einen zimmer ab drei tage gebucht sonst nicht , alles kompliziert mit dem hotel und nicht so wie foto auf Google oder Boking gestanden,

UNFORGETTABLE STAY! STUNNING LAKE VIEWS AND WONDERFUL STAFF!
Our time at this hotel was absolutely magical! The main highlight is, without a doubt, the breathtaking view of Lake Como. Waking up in the morning to such a scenery was a dream come true.
I want to give a special mention to the staff: they are exceptionally sweet, welcoming, and attentive.
They created such a warm, friendly atmosphere and were always genuinely happy to help with anything.
The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Great value for money with phenomenal lake views and a welcoming and kind host.
Pros:

The owner was so kind upon check in and explained everything clearly. The breakfast was delicious with options for everyone. She seemed to really enjoy her job and just wanted to take care of you and make sure you had a good time- for example my partner and I were heading out to swim in the lake and she gave us recommendations on where to go and where not to go and just tips about the lake itself. The room is smaller and a standard European single room, but the AC worked great and the view of the lake was unbeatable. Comparing prices to the luxury hotel next door, this place is an absolute steal and I can't recommend it enough.

Trés bon rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel face au lac
Pros:

Le personnel à l'accueil est trés serviable, la chambre est un peu démodée mais trés spacieuse, la vue de la chambre sur lac est trés agréable, le parking gratuit diponible, le restaurant et la promenade du lac en face de l'établissement sont très appréciables lors d'un nuit étape.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait-être amélioré.

L’emplacement proche de lembarcadaire de canabedia était pratique pour ne pas utiliser la voiture.
La gérante de l’hôtel était très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

La chambre: climatisation très peu efficace et bruillante, chambre rudimentaire avec très peu d’isolation (thermique et sonore), la porte de la chambre était très peu sécurisé, la salle de bain avec la porte de douche cassé et pas ou peu de produit pour se laver.
Le petit déjeuner était présent mais rudimentaire également. Il ne faut pas être trop exigeant avec cet hôtel si vous voulez y séjourner

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und kommunikatives Personal🥰. Gute Lage direkt am Comer See und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, mit Blick auf den See, wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut. Frühstück bot alles, was man braucht.
