Pros:

La situation géographique: juste en face des traversiers. Le déjeuner était bien.

Cons:

Puisque nous dormions à Lugano la veille, nous étions près de Como. Nous savions que nous étions trop tôt pour le check in, mais nous espérions laisser nos bagages pour la sécurité. En arrivant à l'hôtel, croyant que c'était un hôtel non fumeur, nous fûmes surpris et déçus de sentir la cigarette dans le lobby. Nous avons cherché pour trouver du personnel, personne à la réception. Nous avons finalement trouver une employée qui fumait dans le resto juste à côté et bien sûr cela infestait toute la réception. Nous fûmes durement accueillis, car il était tôt et nous le savions. Nous avons dû garder nos valises dans la voiture, au risque de se faire voler et ça jusqu'à 21:00, heure que nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel. De retour, l'employée nous annonça qu'il y avait 2 chambres à notre nom. Une erreur dans le système fut faite. À cet instant, l'hôtel nous a chargé les 2 chambres, malgré que l'hôtel était à moitié vide. Le lendemain, le patron nous a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire et nous a suggéré d'attendre notre retour et de communiquer avec Booking. Ce que nous fîmes et Booking a contacté l'hôtelier et ce dernier a refusé de faire quoi que soit pour nous. Ils ont profité d'un beau 180 euros pour une erreur...

Was a great stay, we had the large room with 2 balconies which was great, beautiful view

Pros:

The staff were excellent, very helpful with information.
We were in room 6 which had a small balcony with seats offering uninterrupted 180° views of the lake which was stunning.
Breakfast was continental, meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, yoghurt, coffee & tea.
Downstairs has an Italian restaurant that makes awesome pizza.
It's an older hotel but it's been the best so far in our eyes on our 7week European holiday with no negatives to report, except our stay was too short!!😞

Cons:

Only 1 thing, no kettle for an early morning coffee &
Having to leave.
