Pros:

Esta muy bien comunicado y estaba limpio

Cons:

Se escuchaba todo entre una habitación y otra, y nos hicieron pagar una tasa de turista de 10€ cuando ya habíamos pagado la reserva a través de booking, no lo veo correcto. Tuvimos que dejarle la documentación durante toda la tarde ya que no lo pudieron hacer en el momento del check in

Pros:

Posizione centrale, personale disponibile e molto attento alle richieste del cliente. Pulizia delle stanze ottima. Colazione accettabile. A meno di 5 minuti dalla fermata metro Lima ed a 10 dalla Stazione centrale

Cons:

el café del desayuno debería mejorar, ya que es de máquina y sabe demasiado a quemado. Muy importante tener puerta en el baño, este contaba con un biombo, era muy poco privado

Péssima.
Pros:

Proximidade à estação central.

Cons:

Não fique no quarto 222 (quarto do rés do chão). Chegamos por volta das 23h, e não conseguimos dormir nada até às 1h30, porque no prédio ao lado (supostamente) estavam a fazer imenso barulho. Falamos com o funcionário, que disse que se o problema fosse do quarto de cima, falava com os hóspedes, se fosse do prédio ao lado, não podia fazer nada. Ou seja, a solução foi esperar que o barulho parasse! Não nos foi oferecida uma troca de quarto, uma atenção, nada.
O quarto é muito antigo, muito pequeno, não é como nas fotos de todo. A cama não é confortável, tudo é estranho. Definitivamente, não escolha o quarto de duas camas de casal.
É a primeira vez na vida que faço um comentário negativo, mas não podia deixar de avisar.

Excelente escolha!
Pros:

Achei tudo muito bom. A localização é excelente, pertinho da estação. Os funcionários também são muito gentis, especialmente o Andreas. E o café da manhã me surpreendeu muito positivamente. Vi muitas pessoas falando que não era bom, mas estava bem completo e gostoso. Recomendo pra todos! Excelente custo-benefício.

¡Increíble!
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahí y la gente sigue tan amable como siempre. Los recepcionistas son todos un amor, la habitación estaba muy cómoda y el servicio de desayuno muy completo también.
