Pros:

Net buiten het "centrum" maar zeer vlot bereikbaar met de metro!
Handig dat je de sleutel altijd aan de lobby moet afgeven als je op stap gaat, zo kan je het zeker niet kwijtgeraken.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is standaard en miniem.

Do atendimento da recepção. A localização é perto dos transportes e muitas lojas, mas em um lugar que passa insegurança.

Cons:

Café da manhã é bem limitado. Pegamos um quarto no terreo de frente pra rua, no primeiro dia as 3h da manhã aconteceu um barulho surreal por uns 5min, nem sei dizer o que era, mas qualquer coisa que acontecia na rua dava pra ouvir, até pessoas conversando, isso foi péssimo. O espaço do chuveiro é minúsculo.

Rien. De l'accueil au départ tout a été un catastrophe.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'accueil, les chambres qui ne sont pas insonorisé et surtout le fait que l'agent d'accueil soit désagréable.
Nous avons fait le monde entier et nous n'avons jamais vu ça.
En arrivant nous avons présenté les passeports de nos enfants sur le logiciel legifrance ils ont été refusé. Nous avons été obligé d'aller au commissariat de police pour avoir un document légalisé pour justifier leur identité et avoir la chambre.
Au lieu de récupérer notre chambre à 14h au final on l'a récupéré à 17h.
Dormir impossible l'agent de nuit regarde la télévision avec le son à fond ou son tel.
Donc merci les boulecasse la deuxième nuit.
Je vous déconseille fortement cette adresse.

La ubicacion que esta cerca de la estacion central no del centro de milan

Tenian la calefacción muy alta y tuvimos que dormir en ropa interior se lo comentemos en recepcion y nos comentaron que era la norma del Gobierno con la ventana a abierta toda la noche de verguenza y el boton de apagarla no funcionaba se quejo bastantes personas mas

Dont go the toilets you cant even sit and shower too small and mugs inside bed itiching bed

Nothing no neatness rude staff

Cons:

Not clean no facilities toilets and bathrooms was so small we paid around£200 for 2 days and it was not even worth for £50.

El drenaje del baño siempre liberaba olor a orines, entonces teníamos que tener la puerta cerrada para evitar que el olor estuviera en toda la habitación. Las camas son muy duras
