Cons:

Arredamento pessimo, edificio vecchissimo. Il bagno..avevo paura ci cadesse in testa un pezzo del soffitto. Sul muro vicino alla doccia c'era un cartello con scritto "chiudere la porta della doccia" ma la porta mancava 🤐
Durante la notte siamo stati morsicati dalle zanzare, non abbiamo dormito praticamente.Mia figlia di un anno, a distanza di un mese, è ancora piena di morsicature che non vanno via. Per carità, l'unica cosa che posso dire ok, è la biancheria. Per tutto il resto, per carità

Veneza é linda e o hotel é muito bom e tem um preço excelente!
Pros:

A localização é ótima, bem perto da estação de trem Venezia Santa Lúcia ! Também é perto da estação de vaporetto e de diversos restaurantes e lojas !! O quarto é pequeno e antigo mas é limpo e atende bem o necessário! Não tem elevador então pra quem tem problema de locomoção fica um pouco difícil, para nós isso não foi um problema.

Cons:

Não tenho nada a reclamar da acomodação, gostei da estadia .

Pros:

For some reason we had an upgrade and stayed at the hotel where u do the check in and where breakf is served. So it was great as it seemed to be better. Room, bathroom and beds were big. Breakf had the best cappuchino I had in the whole trip. Staff at reception were very nice and u can leave ur bags after check out. Very close to train st or the bus stop to go to the airport. I would def stay again.

Cons:

Not rating top top as, well, things and sthetic is not brand new but is part of the charm in Venice!

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente justo al lado de la estación. La cama era realmente cómoda. Pudimos dejar las maletas guardadas hasta la hora de irnos de forma gratuíta. El desayuno estaba bien.

Cons:

Las instalaciones se ven descuidadas y antiguas. A pesar de ser una calle tranquila hubo mucho ruído hasta bien entrada la noche y por la mañana temprano nos despertaron los golpes de los obreros en alguna de las habitaciones, algo que nos podían haber avisado al hacer el check-in.

Hotel para quem ficará por pouco tempo e busca por boa localização próximo à estação de trem!
Pros:

A localização é excelente, extremamente perto da estação de trem.

Cons:

O hotel não tem recepção própria, não tem elevador, o mobiliário é muito antigo e mal conservado, o ambiente é escuro e mal ventilado. O chuveiro não tem bom funcionamento (pouca vazão de água) e o box/banheira é apertado.

O check-in e o check-out são realizados em outro hotel, assim como o café da manhã ( O outro hotel está há 30 metros de distância)

O café da manhã tem pouca variedade.

La cercanía a la estación de tren

Cons:

Podría tener mejor mantenimiento. Al ser una cama doble y juntar dos camas individuales deberían tener un colchón arriba doble y no la unión de ambas camas.

Hotel comfortable, prix abordable et un situation géographique parfaite
Pros:

l'emplacement était exelent. Tous pres de la gare et beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours, a proximité des principales lignes des bateaux taxi.

Cons:

Petit déjeuné tres bonne qualité:prix, mais le faite qu'i faut choisir son service (le restaurant étant fort petit pour le nombre d'occupant de l'hôtel et sa dépendance)
La rue est un peut hors de la grande cohue, mais il faut quand mème fermer les fenêtres pour pas être dérangé la nuit.
