Pros:

The hotel is nice enough and the staff were friendly and available.

Cons:

Noise. Traffic outside and some strange plumbing noises inside kept me awake all night. Bring earplugs! The WiFi is so slow it's unusable.
Location is great for my work, but not an interesting part of town.
