It's right in the city centre, close to all the attractions. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were very warm and cosy. Even though the bathroom were very small, I really enjoyed the shower facilities. Would defo recommend. Good value for money.

Cons:

Not much of a complaint, but small things such as lack of hotel slippers, kettle, tea/coffee pouches in the room were noted. The inclusions of such could have made the experience better.

Πολύ καθαρό και ζεστό δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και το πρωινό είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα! Η Αλινα, η υπεύθυνη του πρωινού, ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστή και εξυπηρετική !

Gostamos da localização e do atendimento dos funcionários

Cons:

Ausência de café da manhã, pelo valor cobrado. Por ficar localizado ao lado de uma igreja, há barulho de sino a cada 1 hora pela manhã, iniciando as 8h. E o hotel nao possui elevador.

The location is fantastic and for a 2 star is was very good. The breakfast lady and manager were polite,friendly and helpful, the evening staff were just there.

Cons:

The room was small,you could here the tele next door, rooms were next to each other and walls were paper thin.
There was no facilities for coffee or tea, door was left unlocked by cleaner.
Room was right next to the dinning room, which was also very tight spaced.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is right near San Marco square, so the location is very good. The economy room was clean, bed sheets and towels were changed every day. Bathroom has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Cons:

The sound proof is very bad, you could hear footsteps and voices very easily from the corridors. Though the sound from outside is not that noticeable (we stayed at 4th floor). In the economy room the bed is made from two small mattresses, not just one, which creates a gap in the middle, this is not specified in the description.

Wspaniały hotel.
Pros:

Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę wyjątkowy i zdecydowanie godny polecenia. Już od momentu przyjazdu można było poczuć profesjonalizm oraz serdeczne podejście personelu, który był niezwykle pomocny i uprzejmy. Pokój był czysty i bardzo komfortowy, a jego wyposażenie spełniało wszystkie oczekiwania. Dużym atutem była także dbałość o detale. Jedynym minusem to cienkie ściany przez które można usłyszeć rozmowy innych gości hotelu, ale nie przeszkadzało to w wypoczynku.

Emplacement super. Le personnel était juste adorable, gentil et serviable. S’adapte et parle français. Présence à l’accueil non stop et possibilité de laisser ses bagages. Si je reviens je n’hésite pas à reprendre contact. Chambre propre et tout le nécessaire.
