Me hospedei lá para ficar próximo ao Vaticano pois eu tinha horário no museu as 8hs.Simplesmente o hotel era em frente a porta do Museu.Foi perfeito.Deu tempo de tomar um café tranquilo pois começa as 7 hs .Equipe muito atenciosa.Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, zentral gelegen und ideal, um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch die unmittelbare Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit vielen netten Restaurants und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die beiden Rezeptionistinnen Maria und Olga. Ihre Freundlichkeit und vor allem ihre ausgezeichneten Restaurantempfehlungen haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich bereichert.
Das Zimmer war sauber und insgesamt ordentlich gepflegt.
Die Zimmertüre (Raum 216) weist unten einen deutlichen Spalt auf, wodurch Geräusche vom Gang nahezu ungedämpft ins Zimmer dringen - insbesondere nachts sehr störend, verstärkt durch eine quietschende Aufzugtüre. Die Dusche hat dauerhaft getropft und konnte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden.
Das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem sonstigen Niveau: Die Auswahl war überschaubar, warme Speisen teilweise kalt. Die Dachterrasse hätte großes Potenzial, wirkt jedoch ungepflegt; zudem erscheint die Absturzsicherung nicht ausreichend stabil.
Nicht nachvollziehbar war außerdem, dass ein späterer Check-out trotz eines Aufenthalts von fünf Nächten nicht ermöglicht wurde.
Buona la posizione centrale vicino le mura del Vaticano, grande cortesia e disponibilità delle ragazze della reception, buona e varia la colazione, ottimo il posto auto riservato.
Abbiamo trovato scomodo il letto. Peccato non funzionasse la tv che prendeva solo i tre canali Rai e a seguito mia segnalazione alla reception mi è stato risposto che non c'era modo di sistemarla. Il vociare per le lunghe file all'ingresso dei Musei Vaticani già dalle prime ore del mattino hanno disturbato il riposo ma è comprensibile data la natura turistica del luogo.

old dusty bedding, awful pillows and no fresj sheets daily. Overhead Shower spurt water accross yhe bathroom and unusable. Hot water very cool. Shower screen inadequate leaving bathroom wet. No Smart TV so only free to air chanels which meant nothing in english to watch. Matress hard. Tired and rusted bathroom fittings.
The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Olga on reception was delightful. She was knowledgeable and gave us lots of great tips.
Roof terrace was not open when we went up.
The hotel was located right across the street from the Vatican, which made it super convenient. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was comfortable. We love the Terrace.
The price was a little high compared to other comparable hotels
Nekünk nem volt a foglalásban reggeli, mert mi későn szoktunk felkelni és reggelizni,igy körnéyken kerestünk brunch helyet. A szálloda szuper volt, gyönyörű belső dizájn, kényelmes ágy, tiszta szoba és fürdő, cuki személyzet és elegáns környezet.

An excellent hotel in a truly exceptional location, just a few steps from St. Peter’s Square.
The Hotel Tmark Vaticano offers a very comfortable and well-organized stay, perfectly suited for visitors who want to experience the Vatican and the spiritual heart of Rome. Being so close to such an important place gives the hotel a special atmosphere.
The rooms are clean, well maintained, and provide everything needed for a pleasant stay. The overall standard is very good and reflects quality and care.
A special thank you to Maria at the reception — she was very kind, professional, and helpful. Her warm and welcoming attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.
The rooftop terrace is another highlight, offering a beautiful view and a calm place to relax after a day in the city.
Overall, a top hotel with an outstanding location, friendly staff, and a very positive atmosphere. I would gladly return.
