Hotel Corallo

I suppose you get what you pay for. Bathroom had a sewage smell, TV did not work, no A/C. Place all locked up when arrived, definitely not a hotel. More like a hostel. I’m glad it was just for 1 night!!!!!

Ruhig, sehr gute Isolierung, sodass man wenig von dem Staat hört.
Die "Bar" für das Frühstück ist nicht wie abgebildet über die Dächer Roms, sondern 3 Blocks entfernt.

Aprueba justo, le faltan muchas cosas para tener un buen servicio. Por ejemplo, la recepción abierta solo un par de horas al dia, no tenes ni un tachito de basura, no tenes calefacción o aire acondicionado (te cobran aparte), abrir un mueble y bajar una cama te lo cobran aparte, etc. Y sumarle que la habitación es solo eso, no tiene heladerita, ni calentador, ni nada, solo cama y baño (sin jabon ni shampoo)

Check in was easy and fuss free and the gentleman who checked us in was lovely.

The room was basic and clean, it was everything we needed for our stay in Rome.
Only thing I'd mention was the damp/mould in the bathroom on the roof and around the window. Other than that it was fine :)

There is also a nice restaurant two doors down which served amazing food at really reasonable prices - Highly recommend!


Overall of we ever headed back to Rome we would rebook this hotel :)

Arrivati ore 23.45,nonostante abbia avvertito il personale,le chiavi della stanza sono state lasciate al ristorante adiacente,che purtroppo aveva confuso il check in NOSTRO con altri soggiornanti.Dopo lunghe discussioni telefoniche con il proprietario (che non voleva darci le chiavi in quanto sosteneva la camera non fosse stata pagata)alle ore 01.00 del 16/12/2022 siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera,era una camera con letti singoli,gelata,non vi era il telecomando per azionare la pompa di calore,coperte in flanella infeltrite e sporche .Stravolti dal viaggio ci siamo addormentati.Il mattino siamo scesi per la colazione,ma non era possibile farla in loco,ci è stato dato un biglietto per andare a 500 mt di distanza in un bar (squallido) convenzionato ,possibile prendere solo un caffè o cappuccino,un micro succo di frutta e un cornetto.
Il proprietario non voleva trattenere le valigie,pretendeva che ci muovessimo con esse,riversava su di noi i problemi personali che da periodo covid affliggono la struttura,parlava delle sue perdite economiche,della riduzione delle stanze,del licenziamento portiere,e dinnanzi alle mie rimostranze mi invitava a pagare io il personale per un servizio migliore.
Tornati a prendere le valigie le abbiamo trovate in un cortile all’aperto sotto l’acqua in quanto pioveva.
Il check in e check out sono stati fatti contemporaneamente la mattina al risveglio e mi è stata stornata la tassa di soggiorno (non era mia richiesta).

Lamentablemente el personal no fue amable y me dió muy poco información acerca de mi desayuno.
No regresaría no recomendaría un lugar donde me trataron mal.

El Hotel definitivamente tiene una buena ubicación si necesitas estas cerca a Termini. Es un hospedaje muy básico sin embargo esta sobrevalorado para el precio que tiene, la propiedad es muy vieja y en las zonas comunes no tiene buen mantenimiento, la habitación donde me hospedé tenia un olor raro, la mayoría de las conexiones eléctricas no funcionaban. La recepción no esta abierta las 24 horas.

Chegamos as 13h horário estipulado para o check in e não havia ninguém na recepção. Ela estava fechada, nós entramos no prédio porque a porta foi aberta por outro hóspede. Ou seja, segurança zero. Ficamos esperando 20 min até aparecer alguém que pode ligar para o número deixado na porta da recepção para contato. Passados mais 10 min desceu um cara que parecia ser o dono muito nervoso dizendo que estava arrumando o quarto porque não tinha ninguém pra fazer e pediu mais 10 min. Ficamos esperando na recepção. Passados mais 20 min o cara desceu e pediu o pagamento em dinheiro porque no cartão ele tinha que pagar taxas. Ele nos deu as chaves do quarto e nos levou até o elevador. O quarto em si não era ruim, pareceu que foi reformado. Mas a arrumação e limpeza estavam péssimas. As toalhas só foram trocadas 1vez das 4 noites que ficamos e a cama não foi arrumada nenhum dia. Todas as vezes que passamos na recepção a mesma estava fechada. Ou seja, atendimento ao hóspede não existe. Foi muito decepcionante.

The hotel office was closed completely... nobody to welcome you. There was an air conditioner in the room but no controller for it. A post it note outside the office said they wanted an extra 10 euros for the air conditioner controler. The tiny elevator had no light. We were worried we mighr not be able to get our room we had already paid for. A post it note said to go next door to get your keys. Anyway.. this place was scary... my wife and i would not reccomend it.

Very bare bones. Ok for a one night sleep before moving on

Hotel onestavo per il prezzo . La nostra stanza grande con bagno grande silenzioso e pulito. Personale estremamente disponibile anche per risolvere problemi riguardante importi che Expedia non aveva indicato nel preventivo, davvero bravo!

El encargado de la propiedad, es un señor que nos gritó por llegar tarde, señaló e insultó nosotras no sabíamos que teníamos un límite y solo por preguntarle por teléfono se ofendió mucho. Además, la zona está llena de basura y personas que no dan confianza. No recomendamos este hotel

Am amazed about the high rating of this hostel as this is definitely NOT a hotel!. I thought hotels.com check out these places before they advertise but I guess not. I find most of hotels.com ads misleading, take this hostel for instance,the pictures have been carefully manipulated so it's in a double Panasonic view, some pictures are stock pictures and NOT the place at all!. This building has 2 different hostels in them. As soon as you get to this hotel as they call it, you are welcomed with a stench of piss and am talking indoors!. I think it's managed by the owner who was drunk to a stupor when we got there, he was actually swaying back and forth when we got there!. Then after booking for 3 people, he charged us separately for an additional bed saying it only had a double bed, another charge for using air condition, it had no drinking in building but the place was stinking of liquor and piss. We actually had to find another hotel through agoda.com, called 💖 heart hotel and left. I laugh about it now cause it was an experience for my 2 teen girls to learn about business, manipulation and what carefully edited pics can accomplish compared to reality. There is nothing like the phrase 'seeing is believing'. The old man reminded my kids of there grandpa when he is in a good mood and has a couple of pints, he starts reading slowly and smiling😃. Definitely a time to remember!.

Vi kom til et beskidt hotelværelse. Vi havde bestilt dobbeltseng, men fik enkeltmands. Lagen var beskidt, gulv var beskidt. Der var intet toiletbræt, og ingen håndsæbe. Der var ekstra udgift til aircondition.

I don’t really want to do a review since the place was cheap. I will just say, you get what you paid for. If you want a better place, then you will need to pay more. Lol
I will not recommend though if you have extra money.

Frukosten fick man hämta på ett café några gator bort och den var verkligen MINIMAL. Otrevlig ägare. Tvingades checka ut redan 10, fastän det stod 11 på hotels. Ok rum med tanke på 2 stjärnor, men det är verkligen bara två stjärnor.

Be ready to pay $10 extra per day if you want AC . Also be ready to pay for an extra bed even if your reservation says 3 or 4 people.

O hotel encontra-se muito bem localizado, o pessoal é simpático, mas penso que a tarifa cobrada para ter ar condicionado no quarto é exagerada (10 euros por noite).

+ really good location, elevator in the building, big room and service every day. Shampoo and soap.

- no roof view, no breakfast at the hotel(it was served in another place where it was the same every day, but tasty. Air-conditioning 10€ per day. No shower gel.
