Tienen recepción 24h y la cama era muy cómoda. Para los precios de Roma, el hotel (5 y 6 planta de un edificio) está genial. Está al lado de la estación de Termini por lo que para ir/volver del aeropuerto, fue perfecto. No había desayuno pero te dejaban en la habitación un hervidor con tés y cafés solubles.
La habitación era un poco pequeña pero totalmente dentro del precio, además de que sólo íbamos a dormir. Igualmente tenía todos los servicios. El aire acondicionado era algo complicado de entender jajaja pero lo conseguimos. La limpieza no era excepcional pero cumplía las expectativas.
Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto ospitale. Avevo prenotato la stanza più piccola ma mi hanno fatto un'enorme sorpresa regalandomi la stanza più grande col balconcino allo stesso prezzo.La posizione è tranquillissima anche se multietnica e la gente che abbiamo incontrato totalmente cordiale. L'hotel si trova in una stradina nelle vicinanze della stazione termini ed è munita da numerose fermate nelle vie attorno che ti permettono di muoverti comodamente e andare dove vuoi. È un piccolo Hotel due stelle senza troppe pretese ma i ragazzi fanno un ottimo lavoro. Pulito e profumato. Ci ritornerei volentieri.
L'unico dispiacere è stato non poter avere neanche un caffè in camera o del latte e qualche biscottino....anche se l'inserzione lo diceva chiaro ma consiglio alla struttura di poter presto adeguarsi per offrire questo piccolo servizio in più.

Decent location, easy check in and check out.
The room is a little small, but this wasn’t a big issue for us. The walls are thin, and we were woken but a group of people talking loudly and walking up the stairs around 3am on our first night. The shower head is mounted way too high for the shower. If you turn it on without pulling the shower head out of the mount, it will spray the the walls of the bathroom, rather than inside the shower. To avoid this, you have to pull the shower head down and hold it throughout the duration of the shower. Showering is obviously still doable, just slightly inconvenient.
Die lage ist sehr gut , aber es sind keine 50 m vom Bahnhof sondern eher 500m
Der Whirpool war sehr runtergekommen und beschädigt. Nach Benutzung kam viel kalkreste aus den Düsen. Der boden war sehr rau und zerkratzt. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen.An manchen stellen war er geplatzt und es waren sehr viele Haare drinne. Das Zimmer war dreckig und das Reinigungspersonal hat weder den Pool sauber gemacht noch richtig das Zimmer. Die Zwischendecke vom Bett lag auf den boden mehrere Tage.

Stühle waren dreckig und zerkratzt, vorhänge waren schmutzig und hatten Flecken.
Der Preis für die Suite mit Whirlpool absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich werde es nicht weiterempfehlen !!
Das Personal habe ich alle mängel geschildert und alle Bilder gezeigt, worauf nur kam sie verstehen das Problem nicht. Bis heute tun sie so als wäre ich nicht auf sie zugekommen.
Das Zimmer war neben der Rezeption so dass man alles gehört hat.
Siehe Bilder , dann könnt ihr euch gerne ein Urteil bilden. Leider würde ich gerne viel mehr bilder hochstellen , weil es einfach zu viele Sachen gab.
Great location, near buses and trains. Well connected with rest of the city and monuments. Clear and comfortable. Bakery next to building and few good restaurants. Also market is in the same street. Polite and good people on reception

Location is good and close the the Rome main train station.
The rooms are placed on the 5th and 6th floor from a particular building. The elevator (very small) was not working so we had to take all the backpacks and luggage from street level to 5th and 6th floor. The trip was done with a senior who struggled to claim up the stairs.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non pienamente adatto.
Struttura un po' fatiscente e piccola, senza uno spazio adatto per la socializzazione con altri ospiti. A tratti può sembrare un affittacamere, senza bar o possibilità di effettuare una colazione.
Assenza di tende oscuranti in camera.
