L'emplacement est parfait, le personnel très gentil, lit confortable.

Cons:

Pour le prix, je trouve que la chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement, rideau de douche datant de Jules César , plaque de toilette complètement dévissée, pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas ,pas de wifi pendant 3 jours et pas d'eau le jour de notre départ pour la douche ..et très très bruyant, attendez vous à être réveillé hyper tôt , femme de ménage qui commencent à travailler vers 7h30..

Mixed reviews but for us everything was perfect. Water was warm, no problems with pressure, everything was clean. Also we booked it the same day because two other places turned out to be scams. Very good location and good price.

Very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Domus Mea.

Very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Domus Mea. Unfortunately, several issues made our experience particularly unpleasant.

First of all, there was no working Wi-Fi, even though we reported the problem to the management. We also had an issue with the sink, which was clogged, particularly the drain. Despite reporting it, no real action was taken for almost two days.

Another, much more worrying issue concerned the shower cabin door, which suddenly shattered while we were nearby and almost injured us. The pieces of glass injured my hand and caused it to bleed. The door appeared to have been improperly installed, which clearly raises serious safety concerns.

Finally, we were very surprised when room service opened the door to our room without knocking or asking for permission at around 10 a.m., while we were still in bed. Since check-out was scheduled for 11 a.m., we found this situation particularly inappropriate and uncomfortable. Respecting guests’ privacy should be a priority in any hotel.

We are truly sorry to leave such a negative review, but considering all of these issues, we unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment. Nevertheless, we hope that the management will take these comments seriously in order to improve the quality of its services, and above all, the safety and privacy of its guests.

Es war dreckig, die Kissen unter dem Überzug versifft und am Vorhang waren große Blutflecken. Am Balkon hingen blanke Stromkabel. Der Rauchmelder war faktisch nicht mehr vorhanden und die Einrichtung viel auseinander

La chambre était calme, nous n'entendions pas le bruit de la rue, et très peu celui des voisins. La chambre correspondait aux photos.

L'annonce ne correspond pas du tout à ce que nous avons eu. Nous nous attendions à un assenceur, à du wifi,...en arricant sur place il y a effectivement un assenceur mais qui se s'arrête pas à l'étage de notre chambre, la chambre n'était pas très propre, il n'y avaot pas de wifi. J'ai payé un supplément pour avoir accès à des services de streaming (netflix) mais l'hotel n'avait pas de compte, et sans wifi ça n'aurait de toute facon pas fonctionné. Quand nous l'avons signalé, on nous a envoyé baladé en disant que l'on devait utiliser notre 4G et nous connecter à notre propre compte.

Super hotel Polecam serdecznie.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu cztery noce i jesteśmy zachwyceni.

Czystość i pokoje: Pokoje były nowoczesne, bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone, a łóżka niezwykle wygodne. Codziennie czyste ręczniki, a także pościel.


Obsługa: Personel zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę. Wszyscy byli niezwykle uśmiechnięci, pomocni i profesjonalni od momentu zameldowania aż po wyjazd.

Lokalizacja: Miejsce jest idealnie usytuowane – w miarę w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Odległość krótkiego spaceru od stacji Termini, skąd co chwilę jeżdżą i pociągi i metro a także autobusy zatrzymujące się przy najważniejszych atrakcjach. Bardzo blisko fajnych knajpek w dobrych cenach, gdzie można zarówno zjeść pyszne śniadania a także lunche i kolację.


To idealny hotel na zwiedzanie Rzymu.

Bien pour séjourné 3/4 jours

L’emplacement très pratique même si j’étais véhiculé et l’odeur de ma chambre était très agréable

Le fais qui n’y avait pas de couette et la chambre était très petite pour ce déplacé à 2 compliqué
