A disgrace
Cons:

Dirty room and bathroom. There was a used underwear hanging in the balcony. Air conditioning did not work. I left the room at the first night to look for a better hotel. When I came to cancel the reservation (since I did not spend not even one night there) they said they won't refund.

Nos ha decepcionado mucho, no volveremos a ir.
Pros:

Elegí este hotel porque estaba a poca distancia del centro de Roma y de la estación de tren, pero es verdad que la zona donde se ubicaba el hotel no me gustó.

Cons:

Más que hotel, se podría decir que es una pensión, ya que cuando llegas es una finca y en la plata seis esta la recepción, nos costo encontrarlo. A parte en la página pone que es hotel de tres estrellas y al llegar allí vimos que es de dos estrellas. La habitación estaba aseada pero el agua del grifo salía a veces turbia y no la quisimos usar, luego al ducharnos había veces que el agua no salía, tardaba como 5 minutos en salir. Luego también pedimos una cama grande y nos pusieron dos juntas, cosa que luego para dormir fue incómodo. Nos hemos llevado una decepción, porque en las fotos todo se veía muy bien, incluso te ponen una foto de la calle donde esta el hotel y no era para nada igual.

Неплохой отель рядом с вокзалом
Pros:

Стильный номер, недалеко от жд вокзала, в номере было джакузи

Cons:

В комнате с джакузи не работал кондиционер, не презентабельный вид в целом, красиво, но петерто, цена завышена, была бронь с завтраком и после написали что опция недоступна, никаких компенсации или бонусов не предложили
