Pros:

The location was Very good and very save. Near the hotel you can find very good places to eat and drink. The breakfast was good, the rooms were cleaned every day. We got also every day fresh towels.

Poor communication

The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood.

Cons:

Based on the amenities and overall condition of the property, I wouldn't really consider this a hotel. It's very small and needs an upgrade. Our stay turned out to be quite an interesting experience.

First of all, the staff was very difficult to reach by email. Apparently, guests are required to provide arrival information before check-in, but unlike the friends I travel with, I never received any email requesting it. As a result, I never received any check-in instructions.

Fortunately, our friends received their check-in email, which included an access code to enter the building. Since I never got that email and the front desk closes at 2:00 p.m., there was no staff on site when we arrived. I contacted Booking.com for assistance, but their response didn't arrive until the following day.

Luckily, the hotel's phone number was included in my friend's check-in email. After calling, we were able to confirm our room number, and we found that the room door was unlocked with the key left on the desk inside.

Secondly, after we had already settled into the room, I received an email from Booking.com stating that the hotel could no longer accommodate us, though no clear reason was provided by the property. Since we were already in the room, I chose to ignore the message.

On the day we checked out, we finally met one of the staff members. He was friendly and explained that the property had recently been sold to new owners. That may explain the communication issues and the lack of on-site staff after 2:00 p.m.

Overall, while everything worked out in the end, the check-in process was confusing and stressful, and better communication would have made the experience much smoother.

Muy buena ubicación, para recorrer Roma andando, si te gusta andar. Barrio muy tranquilo y bonito.

La atención personslizada de Alfonso .La ubicación es excelente! Fuimos al que está a 30 metros que es de los mismos dueños. Súper confortable. Todo nuevo e 8mpecable. Excelente desayuno!

Locație excelenta! Servicii ireproșabile!
Pros:

Am fost foarte mulțumit de cazare, domnul care se ocupă de cazare ne-a așteptat la ora stabilită și chiar dacă am întârziat peste 1h deoarece zborul a întârziat cu 1 oră, a fost foarte amabil și drăguț, ba mai mult ne-a oferit și o hartă cu Roma, ne-a spus exact locațiile unde se mănâncă bine, precum și atracțiile turistice din zonă la ce oră sa le vizităm ca să prindem loc și chiar am prins. Ca și curățenie, în fiecare zi am avut așternuturi noi, a fost excelent.
Poziția este centrală și este legată de centrul istoric pe jos, noi am făcut peste 30000 pași zilnic, prin magazine, bazaruri, obiective turistice.
O să mai revenim cu drag!
Felicitări 100% RECOMAND!

Cons:

Mai ar fi mers încă doua zile, nu am avut timp să vizităm chiar tot.
