Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

Location was very good and safe for catching an early bus to the airport. Comfortable bed, fridge and 2 free bottles of water.

Cons:

In room 307, the air conditioner was very noisy making it hard to sleep. The toilet is tight to get to around the sink and the shower hose is leaking a lot.

Bed were not comfortable
Pros:

The location was great easy to get around and sightseeing.
Rome train and bus station one block away. Rome has a lot of old building so hotel is vintage

Cons:

The bed is really hard like a rock or at least for 2 single beds room. I woke up with sore back and shoulders.

Very good.
Pros:

Very good position and very kind staff. They upgraded my room with a bigger one available, which was nice of them. Reception always open, which is useful if you arrive late. Good price for value.

A great stay near Roma Termini!
Pros:

I wasn’t expecting much for a hotel near Roma Termini but I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is located within a building, so after checking in you’ll go through another locked corridor. The staff were very friendly and the facilities worked well ( cold aircon, hot shower). The chocolates and water bottles were a nice addition. The building was quiet and I couldn’t hear noise from the street. I would happily stay here again if I need a room near termini.
It’s a very quick walk from the station to the hotel, 5 mins max.
*note that the elevator is very small—-can fit one person and a suitcase at a time.

Cons:

There are obviously better neighborhoods to stay in Rome, but if you need to stay near the station this is perfect!

Pros:

A great place to stay if you want to explore Rome. Just a stone’s throw from Termini railway station. There are plenty of bars and shops in the area. The room itself was very clean and tidy.

Cons:

Creepy tiny lift.
