Poloha, přístup personálu, možnost snídaně, čistota. Vybavení pokoje - klimatizace, lednička, vymena ručníků, pravidelný úklid a doplnění kosmetiky do koupelny.

Cons:

Slabý až žádný signál internetu na pokoji (museli jsme ke dveřím pokoje). Slabý až žádný signál telefonu (museli jsme k oknu). Trochu tlacily postele. Uřvaný racek pod okny - od tří hodin ráno pořád řval (personál ani hotel za to nemůžou).

The location was excellent, and the room was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the room was cleaned thoroughly.

Cons:

The breakfast needs improvement. Apart from the sweet breakfast options, the only savory food available was bread, cheese, yogurt and cold cuts. There were no eggs in the morning. The breakfast consisted only of cold items and included: bread, croissants, breakfast cereal, yogurt, rusks, cookies, individually packaged jam and honey, orange juice, cheese, and only one type of sliced cold cut.


The only hot drinks available were tea and coffee. The coffee, however, was very good.

Pros:

Great location! Close to the train station and walkable distance (a little long) to the Colosseum and Pantheon. Very clean room and set up was as described. Excellent air conditioning! Good breakfast of croissants and cappuccino with very nice staff.

Stay away from Roma Termini area hotels
Pros:

This is hostel like property, similar in quality with Motel 6 in States.

Cons:

Sketchy area full of foreign individuals, some laying on the street. Unbelievable dirty streets. To get to the reception and to use elevator you have to carry your luggage to floor 1. Small elevator only for 2 people. Very limited choices for breakfast.

Хороший отель рядом с вокзалом, ресепшн на 1 этаже, номера на 4. Очень приветливы персонал, особенно девушки на ресепшн и на завтраке, любезно разрешили оставить багаж после выселения. Чистая небольшая комната. Завтрак приемлемый: кофе, круассан, нарезка, фрукты, йогурт, хлопья.

Cons:

К сожалению, были небольшие проблемы с лифтом, не спускался на 0 этаж, проблему устранили за пару часов. И, хотелось бы чайник в номер и нормальные стаканы (было только 3 пластиковых стаканчика, хотя для отеля 2 звезды, это, возможно, норма).

Il punto di forza dell'hotel è il suo personale. Un ringraziamento speciale a Elena, una dipendente professionale, sempre sorridente, attenta e molto cordiale. L'hotel è molto pulito e gode di una posizione comoda.
Considerando che l'hotel ha solo due stelle, siamo rimasti davvero piacevolmente sorpresi

Convenient one-night hotel when you need to pick up a train at the terminal the next day.
Pros:

Location near the Roma Train Termini was great.
Room was clean.
Nice friendly staff.
Room was pretty quiet even if we were facing the street.

Cons:

The shower is extremely tiny!
Air conditioning was flimsy, didn't work well at all.
Our room (#415) was much smaller than expected.
I didn't like the key system i.e. the A/C cannot continue to refresh the room when we were away.
Some lighting didn't work.
Breakfast was basic continental (i.e. no eggs). Coffee was excellent though.

Simples mas com bom custo beneficio pra Roma, ótima localização
Pros:

Localização muito boa, bem pertinho do Termini e da Basílica Santa Maria Maggiore, que é imperdivel. Em rua com bons restaurantes (fomos 2 vezes ao Eletra, embaixo do prédio, bem avaliado). Quarto confortável, funcionários simpáticos, boa limpeza. Café da manhã tipico italiano, igual em quase todas as acomodações que ficamos na Itália, com café maravilhoso, croissant doce, iogurte e itens embalados, sem fruta.

Cons:

O elevador é bem antigo e quebrou quando estávamos indo embora, tivemos que carregar malas pesadas escada abaixo (ainda bem que não foi na chegada)
