Aircon didn’t work well. Couldn’t change the temperature on the remote. Went end of July (peak summer) and it was cooler outside than it was inside my room. Front desk staff was sleeping on couch in foyer

The breakfast offered was very limited and disappointing. It consisted mainly of croissants, overly chopped fruit, cereal, boxed juices, and milk to prepare your own hot chocolate. There was very little variety. In addition, most of the ladies working in the breakfast area were quite rude and unfriendly, with the exception of the Asian staff member, who was polite and pleasant.

Unfortunately, our experience on the day of check-out was even worse. We had spoken directly with the front desk and were told that we could have a late check-out until 12:00 p.m. We had actually asked about paying to keep the room for a few additional hours, but we were told this was not possible because another guest had reserved the room.

Despite the arrangement made with reception, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the housekeeping lady, who also worked in the breakfast area, opened the door to our room without warning, completely disregarding our privacy. We explained to her that reception had specifically authorized us to remain in the room until noon. Instead of checking with the front desk or handling the situation professionally, she became extremely rude, started yelling at us, and insisted that we had to leave immediately because check-out was at 11:00 a.m. She repeatedly said that she did not care what we had been told because she needed to clean the room.

Her behavior made us feel as though we were being forced out of the hotel and practically thrown onto the street, despite having followed the instructions given to us by reception. Regardless of whether there was a misunderstanding between the front desk and housekeeping, guests should never be treated this way. Entering an occupied room without warning, shouting at guests, and refusing to verify an arrangement made with reception is completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of professionalism, hospitality, and respect for our privacy.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The building is extremely old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The rooms are outdated, and there are almost no services provided. Even a complimentary bottle of water was not available in the room, which is a basic amenity in most hotels.

I asked for an iron, and instead of allowing me to keep it for a while, the staff member handed it to me and immediately told me to return it as soon as I finished using it. It felt very unwelcoming.

The breakfast was another huge disappointment. It was advertised as breakfast, but it consisted of only a croissant, some fruit salad, bread, and butter. It was far below what anyone would reasonably expect.

The biggest issue, however, was the attitude of most of the staff. They were rude, disrespectful, and treated hotel guests as if they were a burden rather than paying customers. The only exception was Ahmed, who was polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He was the only staff member who made a positive impression.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It is overpriced for what it offers, the facilities are outdated, the service is poor, and the staff's attitude made the experience even worse.
