It was amazing! Budget friendly, clean, great staff, no complaints at all!
Pros:

It was absolutely amazing!! The staff was a 100/10 they were so sweet & helpful! They texted back very fast on booking.com and answered any questions I had. It was fantastic!

Cons:

A little bit of a walk to downtown but honestly not bad at all, the buses were easy to navigate!

Pros:

We just spent 2 nights at the Lodi hotel.
It is a bit far from all the popular touristic places of Rome, but we knew that when booking. It is close to the Lodi Metro station and the bus line 85 which brings you to the city center, so we had no issue getting everywhere whatsoever.
The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. We were lucky enough to get a room with AC (#4) so the heat wasn't an issue for us.
The staff is very sweet and very helpful. They gave us what we needed to cut and eat a melon in our room, they called a restaurant for us to reserve a table since we had no cell service.
Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Parking isn't free. We parked in a street with blue lines and fed the meter enough for a full day 8am to 7pm (reasonable, 8 euros) and found a parking spot within white lines on the second day which lets you stay 3h for free, just enough to check out and get breakfast.
Our bathroom was very very narrow. A few hooks for towels and clothing would be useful.

Pros:

La habitación con baño estaba bien, el chico amable.

El desayuno recomendado, por 8€ buffet. Para empezar bien el día en Roma, por el precio. Una parada de metro más o menos cerca y un restaurante muy bueno también.

Cons:

Muchos muchos mosquitos.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente e posizione molto centrale
Pros:

Il vero punto di forza è il rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera era molto semplice, ma comunque era tenuta in modo molto ordinato e pulito (non è scontato in posti economici). La posizione poi è un altro grande punto di forza: 30 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Infine, il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo in più occasioni.
Tenendo conto del prezzo e della ottima posizione, sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto.

Cons:

L'unica pecca del soggiorno è stata la temperatura delle camere: avendo soggiornato il 4 agosto, la camera di notte era calda e il piccolo ventilatore presente non era sufficiente a rinfrescare del tutto. In generale, tutto l'edificio dell'hotel sembrava essere caldo. Non un caldo insostenibile, ma se si potesse arginare questo problema il soggiorno diventerebbe perfetto
