Experiencia pésima
Cons:

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido francamente pésima. La habitación era ridículamente pequeña y las instalaciones están en un estado lamentable. La mampara de la ducha estaba muy sucia, las sábanas parecían sin cambiar y había polvo acumulado en varias zonas de la habitación. Además, había hormigas, algo completamente inaceptable en un hotel por el que se paga ese precio.

El estado general del lugar da bastante mala impresión. El techo parecía estar deteriorado, como si en cualquier momento se fuera a caer algo. Todo estaba tan descuidado que la sensación era bastante desagradable, hasta el punto de que parecía el tipo de sitio donde en cualquier momento podría aparecer una rata.

Por si fuera poco, el wifi prácticamente no funcionaba, lo cual hoy en día es algo básico que cualquier alojamiento debería ofrecer sin problemas.
El aislamiento acústico es inexistente.

Y lo peor de todo es el precio. Para lo que cuesta, el estado del hotel es completamente inaceptable. No vale ni de lejos lo que cobran y me parece un abuso pagar tanto por unas condiciones tan malas.

Es una pena, porque mi experiencia en Roma ha sido muy buena, pero sin duda este hotel ha sido lo peor del viaje.

Elfogadható, de van min javítani.
Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves, térképet is adnak a városnézéshez. Van lift, mert a 4. emeleten van a Hotel. Van vízforraló, csészék, kiskanál, babapiskóta, tea filter, nescafe, zuhanysapka és pipere.

Cons:

A szállás légkondiját sürgősen ki kellene takarítani, mert egészségre szerintem káros. Ráférne egy alapos felújítás (asztal, zuhanyzó, lefolyók tisztítása, wc tartály néha folyik). A lépcsőházban erős alkohol szag terjengett reggel. A szobába este a szomszéd szobák zaja átszűrődik, mintha bejönnének a szobába olyan érzésünk volt.
A paplan is cserére szorul, poros, régi. Nagyon melegszik a hajszárító, leégeti a kezét az embernek.

Struttura con una qualità prezzo accettabile
Pros:

La posizione della struttura era perfettamente centrale in 10 minuti a piedi siamo arrivate a fontana di trevi e piazza di spagna..super comoda

Cons:

Forse migliorerei leggermente la pulizia della camera..e darei un occhiata al riscaldamento..

La ubicación está bastante bien cerca del tren y bien conectado con el centro

Cons:

Falta mucha limpieza, cuarta planta y el ascensor era para una persona y es claustrofóbico necesita una mejora de las instalaciones, las fotos son de una habitación que no corresponde

Pros:

We were very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. Communication with the staff was excellent, and the location is very convenient, a great base for exploring Rome. I would definitely stay there again!

Pros:

La ubicación, la cama era cómoda y no se escuchaba ruido.

En la ducha casi no cabes, el cristal estaba roto, el agua salía sin presión que casi no te podías ni bañar y se supone que no puedes fumar pero huele raro el pasillo....
