Pros:

It was very close to Roma Termini and since we had a lot of time after checkout,the hotel offered to keep our luggage for free. The staff was helpful

No me gusto nada y mucho menos la atención que fue realmente pésima además de la limpieza que en nuestra habitación nos encontramos la ropa interior de otra persona usada y a saber desde cando en una esquina detrás de un sillón y al comunicárselo al de recepción le dio exactamente igual por no comentar que quedo con nosotros cuando llegásemos a roma y nos dejo esperando 8 horas en la calle

Cons:

Location next to the main railway station, while convenient for getting around Rome, is not the most romantic.
A bit confusing at checkin, since the reception is located at the 1st floor and the rooms at the 4th.

PÉSIMA CONTRATACIÓN
Pros:

Nada nos gustó ya que no pudimos alojarnos. Jamás apareció un supuesto encargado, un tal Giusseppe.. nos tuvimos que alojar en otro hotel.

Cons:

Reitero, pésimo hotel, ni siquiera para una noche como fue nuestro caso. No lo recomendamos para nada. tiramos la plata de una noche ya que al día siguente partíamos a Bari, don sí por Booking contratamos un excelente aparrt: Palazzo Ietri, muy bueno!

Ho avuto difficoltà a usare l'aria condizionata. Avrei apprezzato la presenta di un distributore per acquistare acqua o altre bevande durante la notte, purtroppo sono arrivata tardi e ho dimenticato di comprare acqua prima di recarmi in albergo.
