Pros:

The hotel has an air conditioner. This is great especially when we travel to Roma in July.

Atendeu as expectativa
Pros:

Localização do lado da estação de trem e ônibus, atendimento muito tranquilo, deixou nossa mochila ficar guardada apos o check-out, quarto confortavel.

Cons:

A água do chuveiro ficava acumulando nos pés e a água do chuveiro escorria para fora molhando o piso do banheiro todo. Faltou uma cortina estilo blackout para deixar o quarto mais escuro.

Dobře situovaný ale velmi zchátralý a hororový hotel
Pros:

Poloha blízko hlavního vlakového nádraží Termini statio.
V pokoji byla funkční klimatizace.
Tekla teplá voda a k dispozici byly osušky, ručníky a jednorázové balení sprchového gelu/šampónu.
K dispozici byly tři polštáře.
Klíče fungovaly.
Z pokoje lze odejít kdykoliv, klíče lze nechat na pokoji.
Pokoj má okenice jak vnitřní, tak vnější - dokáží odhlučnit ruch ulice.

Cons:

Hotel je umístěn ve 4. patře zchátralé budovy, na chodbách špína, smrad, nepořádek, rozbité dlaždičky, výtah určitě nemá žádnou revizi - báli jsme se, jestli vůbec dojedeme, je pokreslen grafity, tlačítka nesvítí, jsou přelepená izolepou - vysloveně hororové prostředí.
Po příchodu na ubytování, kdy je recepční přítomen od 12:00 - 20:00 hodin, tak se ale nikde nedozvíte, kde se ta recepce nachází - je umístěna v 1. patře té hrůzy. Na skleněných dveřích jsou tři telefonní čísla pro případ "nouze" ale nikdo vám je nezvedne, když na ně voláte.
Pokoj je přiměřeně velký, ale má značné nedostatky, které spočívají zejména: špinavá podlaha, špinavé matrace, špinavá koupelna, plíseň ve spárách mezi dlaždičkami, proleželá postel - naprosto na ní nejde spát, spíte v prohlubni, matrace je jen jedna pro dvě osoby, tedy nelze ani otočit, z druhé strany krev, skvrny a špína. K dispozici 1 prostěradlo, které je místo deky na přikrytí.
Slabé zdi nebo dveře, je slyšet ruch a hluk z jiných pokojů a z chodby. V pokoji lze udělat tmu pomocí okenic, ale i při zhasnutí v pokoji tlumeně svítí lampičky nad postelí - nelze je úplně zhasnout.
Koupelna je stará a špinavá, velmi úzký průchod sprchovou zástěnou, voda teče ze sprchy všemi možnými otvory, nejhorší je ta plíseň a stará špína, v umyvadle chybí špunt.
Fotky připojuji jako důkaz.

Pros:

For solo travelling, it was perfect for me. Bed was comfy with a quiet AC (very much needed during the high temp Rome was having). Lots of bars and cafes within a min walking distance for breakfast etc. Surprisingly enough, for being a stone's throw away from Termini Station there wasn't much noise late at night, so I could have a decent sleep.

La posizione comodissima, la stanza ampia, il climatizzatore silenzioso

Cons:

La struttura si sviluppa su due piani di un edificio in condivisione. Per accedere a quest'ultimo bisogna attraversare un piccolo vialetto pieno di contenitori per la spazzatura e con il caldo afoso l' odore è terribile. L' ascensore è malandato e pieno di graffiti. La stanza ha tutti i mobili usurati, al muro del bagno mancano pezzi di pittura e le persiane hanno un dito di polvere.
