İlk vardığınızda bagajlar için yardımcı oldular fakat özel bi yerleri yok daracık yerlere sıkıştırıp bırakabilirsiniz.
Erken girişle alakalı çok ısrar etsekte 14:30 gibi alabildiler en erken. ( Bu da iyi birşey )
Tam tesisin karşısında Carrefour olması güzel.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, il y a des restaurants et supérettes à proximité, une station de métro et de bus se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied. Les chambres sont optimisées, il y a une grande hauteur sous plafond. Le personnel est très accueillant. Il y a du choix pour le petit déjeuner !

The hotel is located in the safe surroundings with several restaurant options. Carrefour express is near so that I could grab some snacks and light meals easily. Room condition is fairly good with well-functioned AC.

Good location pretty central and good food all around. Amenities were kind of rough. And the room was kind of dirty. There was mold all around the bathroom and blood on the walls. They cleaned it up after we mentioned it but eh. AC worked fine and the room itself was really small. Good if you want to be central definitely not a stay in the room type of hotel.

We had an issue after hours where the circuit breaker tripped and we lost all power in the room and the breaker needed to be reset. They responded in reasonable time even though they came from another hotel.

I would rate it 0 out of 5 if that was an option. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Hotel Sonya and all the entire BZAR hotel chain. We booked Hotel Sonya for the night before our flight. After check-in, we were walked to another building across the street not connected to the hotel and put in rooms that were bug infested and smelly. It’s so bad that even sleeping at the airport would’ve been preferable. The place should be condemned. I cannot believe Rana tried to spin the room as a suite. It was so weird- 3 beds on one level and then you have to go down these narrow curved stairs (which my husband fell on going down) to the bathroom that has this capsule like shower in the middle of a “gym”. We said that this in no way looked like what we had booked. I was told by Rana at registration that the pictures of the rooms that I booked online DOES NOT mean that is what I would get. This hotel has a bait and switch practice. They are deceitful and it is far better to book elsewhere than to have your vacation ruined. Avoid this hotel like the plaque that it is.

The staff are so patient and friendly!!! The night receptionist (Selena or Serena, I don’t quite remember her name) was such a sweetheart, very professional and friendly. The room was super clean and the breakfast was so good!! Best part is that it’s right next to the central station. I would highly recommend you book with them!

Good location nearish Termini station.
