This hotel processed a fraudulent card transaction and refused to refund me. I never stayed at this hotel. They did not accept payment via Booking.com. Instead they took a local payment via sum up. They have not provided a copy of the passport that the fraudster used when checking in as is common procedure in hotels I have stayed in Italy beware do not deal with this hotel. I was in Venice at the time in a hotel booked through booking.com

Tesis temiz ve güvenliydi. Eşyalar eski olmasına rağmen sağlam ve kullanışlıydı. Banyo kısmı küçük ama temiz. Her gün oda temizliliğinin yapılması büyük artı. Oda sıcaklığı gayet iyi ve klima çalışır durumda ve yeterliydi. Otelin hemen karşısında carrefour express mevcut alışveriş yapmanız için uygun. Aynı zamanda otelin yakınlarında restaurantlar mevcut. Termini (Tren İstasyonu) 700 metre mesafede olup havalimanına geliş ve gidişlerde yürüyerek ulaşılması çok rahat. Trevi çeşmesi,Pantheon ve Hadrian Tapınağı gibi tarihi mekanlara yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Gece 23:00 dan sonra resepsiyon hizmeti yok fakat sizlere verilen kartlar ile bütün kapıları rahatlıkla açabilirsiniz
