Decent, great location, spacious room
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, and an elevator for luggage

Cons:

Very small shower, bathroom amenities not in great shape (bathroom sink plug kept getting stuck, cup in bathroom had a hole / crack in it, no toilet paper provided)

Buena opcion cerca de Termini!
Pros:

El señor (mayor) que nos atendio en la recepción es un icono del hotel - genial ! Lo más que me gusto es que podiamos dejar en consigna las maletas antes y despues de check out.

Cons:

Resulto todo genial, estancia con niños , alojamiento centrico , breve . Todo muy correcto!

Great location, clean, with a great manager- Priscilla.
Pros:

Location- close to restaurants, train station, coffee shops, food market. Across the street from performing arts theatre. Manager Priscilla was great, explaining the initial stay non-payment problem with booking.com related to transfer of ownership. She gave us free bkft vouchers for the confusion and the way we were treated upon arrival by the checkin host. The showers were with great water pressure and hot. Safety and privacy of rooms.

Cons:

The initial checkin-The two men who work there that we dealt with were not friendly, didn’t smile. And the man who checked us in did not treat us well.
We stayed a total of five nights and on the third night had to stay in a different building down the street that was old and the room was very small. on our initial two nights, the room was mediocre. The safety box didn’t work and the refrigerator didn’t work well. The last two nights our room was better, but they aren’t like they look in the pictures. Not a big deal to us, but the mirror TV unit did not have a clear speaker.

Un hotel que no es hotel algo engañoso
Pros:

Que estaba bien ubicado

Cons:

No me gustó q no era un hotel. Llegabas a una recepción y de ahí te llevaban a un edificio sin recepción ni nada a una habitación. El aseo estuvo muy mal. Dejé unas sandalias debajo de la cama el primer día y nunca las sacaron
