Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Close walk from the metro, close to some good restaurants, overall very convenient location.
Staff are very friendly and very accommodating with luggage storage (even letting us into the room slightly earlier!)

Cons:

Only minor downside, no elevator. Being on the second floor and having some big luggage it was a challenge to walk up that many stairs. We knew this prior to booking so no issues however it is worth noting!
Also slight visible gap between the room and bathroom door. Partner is big on privacy so didn’t like that you might be able to see in.

Ottima posizione centralissima

Cons:

Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità del servizio offerto considerando anche l'uso del bagno condiviso insieme ad un'altra stanza (non c'era lo spazio neanche per farsi la doccia).

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, es acogedor y el personal muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo.

Cons:

Por decir algo, la habitación nos quedó un poco pequeña, y queda en un piso alto lo que dificulta a personas mayores. Pero en estás cuidades antiguas creo que es lo común.

Good hotel never everything
Pros:

The location is amazing. Walking distance to SMN train station, Duomo, Basilica, Academia, Ponte Vecchio.

Cons:

3rd floor with no elevator. Smoke smell on the stairs.
