The hotel matches the city vide beautifully.
Pros:

I have no comments about this since it was perfect. I loved everything about it. It is a very good option, facilities are beautiful and convenient. Even the stairs to get to the main desk are part of the historic vibe. I will stay again here if I return to Florence, the hotel matched the city.

La ciudad hermosa, el hotel podría mejorar las instalaciones.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación del tren y de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Muchos lugares para comer, el mercado a pocos metros. El personal dio buena atención.

Cons:

Está un poco venido a menos, quizá sean todas las opciones en Florencia así, pero en relación al precio da la impresión de que podría estar mejor. Tuvimos algunos percances como que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y uno mañana no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos.

Unico punto a favore è la posizione

Cons:

Stanza scomoda, muri tutti sporchi, con pezzi di battiscopa mancante. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera in quanto non presenti bidet e piatto doccia, purtroppo era l ultima disponibilità e non è stato possibile. Ci siamo trovati ad allagare fino a fuori il bagno e mettere asciugamani su asciugamani per terra. Per fortuna non dovevo fare lo shampoo altrimenti sarebbe stato impossibile asciugare i capelli dato che il phon era attaccato al muro. Intonaco scrostato, cuscini inutili, nelle basette che mantenevano il lavandino del bagno era pieno di ruggine. Insomma un disastro pagato 120€

Pros:

O hotel era perto de tudo. Fica ao lado do Mercado Central e andando um pouco conseguimos chegar perto de todos os pontos turísticos da cidade. O atendente foi muito solícito e nos atendeu muito bem.

Cons:

Não ter elevador e precisar subir com as malas até o hotel que fica no 2° andar. E não ter frigobar no quarto.
