Pros:

Localização bem perto e antes da ZTL. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé pelos pontos turísticos da cidade.

Cons:

Box do banheiro pequeno e deixava metade aberto pois não possuía porta.

All was quite nice, thanks! One important point - if you book a parking space (garage) - be prepared to park in a very tight one, so if you have a longer car, it mght be more stressful to you
Airconditioning in the appartment worked super efficiently, bed was very comfortable, nothing to complain about
(we lived in a newer part of the hotel though, just check the exact room you book upfront)

Excellent location, several minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella Train station, and within walking distance from the Historical Centre of Florence. The room was small with somewhat old furniture, but everything was tidy and clean, with new and clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple, but nice

La ubicación. A 5 minutos de la estación de tren y a 10 min caminando del Duomo.Además el desayuno es bueno y puedes tomarlo en una terraza que tiene el hotel.

Excelente ubicación!
Pros:

Su ubicación auper cerca de la estacion principal de trenes, el servicio de desayuno es bueno

Cons:

Qie habia trabajos de remodelacion y no habia elevador, ni personal en el mismo hotel, tuvimos que ir a un hotel a media cuadra para hacer el check in, todo esto cargando maletas

Pros:

Obsługa, miła, pomocna. Pokój nie w naszym stylu, brak czajnika, lodówka nie chodziła, brak stolika, krzeseł, klimatyzacja ok. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ale brak parkingu. Parkowaliśmy auto na platnym (20€/doba) parkingu, oddalonym 15 min pieszo od hotelu.

Central but not chaotic
Pros:

Excellent location - just a short walk from the Duomo and Santa Maria Novella train station, buses and trams.
It felt central but the restaurants around were well priced and very good.
There was AC in the room which was a life saver in the heatwave. Great modernized bathroom.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied
