La cordialità, accoglienza, pulizia e disponibilità dello staff. E soprattutto la pulizia e cambio biancheria. È vicino al centro storico.

Posizione fantastica: 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e poco più di 10 dal centro. Le camere sono ben curate e i bagni ristrutturati da poco, belli, moderni e funzionali. La colazione non abbondantissima , ma comunque molto curata con prodotti freschi e locali. Il personale molto accogliente, gentile disponibile

Für einen Aufenthalt in Florenz ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen :)
Pros:

Die Lage, man ist zentral gelegen (der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt) und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 15 Minuten (zu Fuss) zu erreichen
Das Zimmer war schlicht eingerichtet was mir gut gefiel
Das Hotel ist in gutem Zustand
Mit geschlossenen Fenster hört man praktisch nichts, keine Autos etc.
Sauber war es
Das Personal war freundlich
Gute Klimaanlage

Cons:

Da das Zimmer nicht sehr gross war und es daher recht schnell warm/heiss wurde hiess dies entweder man öffnet das Fenster (Mücken!) oder die Klimaanlage einschalten

Frühstück war ok (wenig Auswahl) dafür frisches Gebäck

Very good location near the station but also close to the historic centre. Quiet, too.

Basic but nice room with its own large balcony, good breakfast that you can enjoy on the terrace as well.

Central room with AC and access to shared terrace
Pros:

We loved our room which had direct access to the shared terrace. We were able to relax on the terrace throughout the day with umbrellas for shade.

Cons:

It was a little awkward to check in at another hotel down the road which means the number of staff available on site is limited to breakfast times.
