Отличное расположение отеля, недалеко от ж/д вокзала
Pros:

Отличное расположение в 4 минутах пешком от станции Florence Santa Maria Novella, куда приезжают региональные поезда. До самого центра города и различных достопримечательностей 15-20 минут пешком по прямой. Вокруг очень много кафе и ресторанов. Я оплатила сразу отель, мне выдали карточку от номера, заезд был в 15:00. Вещи, которые оставила, к моему заезду занесли в сам номер.

Cons:

Нужно было проходить регистрацию в одном отеле в минуте пешком и потом идти в этот отель. City tax можно оплатить только наличными. Номер очень маленький и даже с кондиционером очень душно и совсем не проветривается. В ванне не было вытяжки, поэтому там очень душно тоже, возможно плесень на потолке и прям в кабинке есть окно, которое не открывается, но которое тоже все грязное. В подъезде дома, где находится отель, плохо пахнет.

En fait on nous a prévenus que nous dormirions à l’hôtel Marios situé à 50 mètres !
L’hôtel Marios est en travaux pour la création d’un ascenseur !
Personnel sympa
Très difficile se sortir du parking
Très bon emplacement pour se promener à moins de dix minutes des principaux monuments

La posizione, la stanza ampia, la posizione centrale vicino la stazione alla fiera e al centro.
La stanza veniva sempre riordinata e pulita. La colazione aveva tutto lo stretto necessario

Cons:

Le pareti della stanza che a mio avviso andavano tinteggiate a dovere.
L’androne del palazzo che emanava cattivo odore, l’assenza dell’ascensore che con una valigia pesante era difficoltoso
