Good location. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I couldn't get the thermostat to turn on even after they lowered the temperature threshold (controlled by the staff) and didn't want to call in the middle of the night. The bathroom was tiny. The included breakfast was okay, but the staff were very loud and careless as they went about their duties. It would help to eliminate the swinging door between the back counter area and where guests are seated so close.

Rooms were very small and a little run down (door frames beat up, doors very difficult to open and shut - both room door and bathroom door).

Muy atentos los trabajadores tras el mostrador, y también en la cafetería que se usa para el desayuno, buen servicio en general.

Cons:

Podrían ofrecer alguna bebida gratis en el frigobar, y una pava eléctrica con algún café y te instantáneos para prepararte en la habitación como suelen hacer otros hoteles, sería un buen toque para darle un 10.

Menší hotel s rodinnou atmosférou. Fajn ubytování.
Pros:

Hotel je blízko vlakového nádraží Santa maria novela, kam přijíždí všechny vlaky ze směru Pisa, Řím i Benátky. Lokalita není úplně klidná, ale jako výchozí místo pro objevování města ideální. Pěšky do úplného centra za 15 - 20 minut, nebo rovnou nasednete na city bus. Zařízení hotelu je stylové, všude čisto, pokoje se uklízí každý den. Personál hotelu je naprosto bezkonkurenční. Výběr na snídani byl perfektní, vše bylo kvalitní a čerstvé. Prostě dokonalý začátek každého dne a zároveň i místo, kam si po celém dni ve městě rádi přijdete odpočinout.

Cons:

Stěny mezi pokoji jsou slabší, ale pokud se ostatní hosté chovají ohleduplně, tak není žádný problém. Postele ok, ale polštáře jsou spíše nižší a méně komfortní, výměna nebo doplnění polštáře s paměťovou pěnou by bylo vítané.

I really enjoyed my time! Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast options with fresh pastries. The interior design is slightly old-fashioned, but everything is in great condition.
