Overall, the hotel was a good value and extremely convenient for taking public transportation.
Pros:

Exceptional location for travelers arriving with bus and leaving for the Peretola airport by the T2 tram. Good size of an one -bed room. Super clean bathroom. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Came with a small refrigerator and a safe. Reasonable price.

Cons:

The front desk clerk allowed other guest to do vaping. No hot water at 5 a.m.; I had to request for it to be turned on. The plug of the hair dryer they provided was incompatible with the wall socket; had to get an adapter from the front desk. Got a slight lower back pain after sleeping on the bed, although I think the bed should be acceptable for most people who don't have pre-existing back issue.

Confortável e ótimo atendimento
Pros:

Os funcionários são ótimos. Super atenciosos e simpáticos. O banheiro grande e cama super confortável. Para quem planeja fazer bate e voltas saindo de Florença, o hotel fica bem perto da estação Santa Maria Novella.

Cons:

A acústica do quarto não era muito boa.

A cheaper short stay option of accommodation which was convenient for the traveller.
Pros:

Location couldn't have been more convenient as just a 2 minute walk from the tram stop/main train station.
Local sightseeing opportunities along with restaurants and bars were all close by as well.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Continental breakfast was simple however did the job.

Cons:

No tea/coffee options inside the room.
Hotel could do with a decorate over all, especially our room.
Bed was not comfortable- 2singles beds shoved together to form a double.

Best hotel near train station
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, the coffe was excelent, love everything about it, bed was confortable and i liked the shower. The host was very energetic and charismatic.
