Pros:

Très bien situé, près de la gare. Il y a un ascenseur fonctionnel, très pratique pour monter les valises, car en Italie il n'y en a pas dans tous les hébergements. Le personnel était très gentil et nous a proposé de nous renseigner si nous avions besoin pour visiter la ville. Le déjeuner était très bien et diversifié, pas seulement des croissants. Le style est colonial et nous avons aimé le cachet que ça donne.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans une de nos 3 chambres.

Die Lage war perfekt , direkt am Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella, das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, das Zimmer groß und sauber mit funktionierender Klimaanlage, das Frühstück war reichlich und es gab Café für jeden Geschmack, ich würde immer wieder kommen !

Very adequate for resting at a safe and convenient location.
Pros:

The location close to the train station and touristic office was perfect, and not as noisy as it might have been because the windows were very efficient in my room facing the street. Having a desk was great. Breakfast featured a selection of fruit and good coffee.

Cons:

No vegan options at breakfast. The central AC was nice, but could not be turned down in the room.

Optimal für eine Nacht (oder zwei) in Florenz
Pros:

Ideal ist die Lage ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Santa Maria Novella, sowohl für Bahnreisende als auch für Flugreisende (direkte Tramverbindung von Peretola zum Bahnhof für 1,70 Euro). Das Viertel ist lebendig und reich an gastronomischen Möglichkeiten, der Dom und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß rasch zu erreichen. Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer im dritten Stock mit für mich ausreichendem Komfort, alles war sauber und zweckmäßig. Ein ganz besonderes Plus war die ausgezeichnete Klimaanlage, die durchgehend lief (auch wenn man nicht im Zimmer und die Hotelkarte nicht eingesteckt war), bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur eine echte Wohltat! Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal! Praktisch nicht zuletzt die Möglichkeit, vor dem Check-in oder nach dem Check-out das Gepäck beaufsichtigt "parken" zu können. Natürlich kein Luxushotel, aber ein solider Dreisterner mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Was ich mir gewünscht hätte: mehr Wasserdruck aus der Dusche (ist aber anderswo oft auch nicht besser).
