Hotel semplice, però va benissimo per dormire e spendere poco, oltre ad essere una posizione strategica

Florence est vraiment une ville splendide , il y a tellement de choses à faire et à voir qu il faut prévoir d y rester une semaine complète .

Abbiamo dovuto cambiare alloggio causa camera in pessime condizioni di pulizia. Inoltre la camera è risultata diversa da quanto visto in internet e da quanto prenotato.

Beh, non si può dire che sia un hotel di lusso... La posizione è comoda e il personale gentile, ma certamente la struttura è modesta e il prezzo mica tanto. Quindi rapporto qualità prezzo basso.

Difficile, anche per il navigatore, l'ultimo tratto per arrivare sul posto evitando divieti di accesso e ZTL. Impossibile parcheggiare per scaricare agevolmente i bagagli, in quanto la macchina è costretta ad accedere nell'adiacente parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo. Ottimo, però, il successivo servizio del vicino garage privato a pagamento, convenzionato con l'hotel, anche alla partenza. Ma il personale dell'hotel, sebbene in precedenza interpellato sulla possibilità di parcheggio, aveva fornito indicazioni inesatte, vaghe o fuorvianti, dicendo di un suo garage, che quindi era lecito supporre fosse contiguo e immediatamente accessibile. Insomma, senza espliciti suggerimenti al momento della prenotazione, l'arrivo in auto è complicato. La cosa migliore è, comunque, servendosi di questo hotel, di non andare a Firenze in macchina se non è proprio necessario, anche perché il parcheggio giornaliero in garage costa non poco.

omg! noisy room, air con 12 inch hole in the ceiling which they don't turn on until they're ready! Light blue room with air con it said!! How about pedestal fan! The air con supposed to come on at 9pm after 10 and am sweating to death, this fan is no good. Smoke drifts into the room if window left open! breakfast!! I don't think so - it's crap

街には近いので、いろんな用事をこなすのには便利。そしてエアコンが良く効いて快適。ですがそれだけで、隣の音は聞こえるし、その他はイタリアでは普通。日本人にはあまり向かないと思います。

very good location, very close to the famous place in florence and always can be walk to there. Room is good but bathroom is not very clean and always has insects.

In bagno niente piatto doccia : dopo averla fatta il locle rimane tutto bagnato , niente fon come detto nella descrizione ma devi chiederlo alla reception , niente televisore in camera fatto che anche per un due stelle e' incredibile nei giorni d'oggi , aria condizionata non funzionante e se l'accendi insieme al fon salta la luce

scusate piccoli accorgimenti e sarebbe un buon due stelle vista la posizione anche perche' non mi pare che il prezzo sia basso ....tutto sommato

Hyggelig betjening, små rom og svært små felles dusj/toalett. Sparsommelig frokost, men prisen var grei. En fikk vel hva man betatle for.

I recently visited Florence with my husband and specifically booked a room with a double bed and a private bathroom in Hotel Regina with Veneer.com. After some confusion on the given address we reached there and pressed the buzzer for Hotel Regina. We were let in without someone answering. When we got to the second floor, we saw Hotel La Noce (a two star hotel). The lady in the reception saw us on the stairs and called us and told that Hotel La Noce and HOtel Regina are the same! She did not speak any English, luckily I can understand some Italian. Anyway we went in to check in and she showed us to our room. To our horror, it was a tiny room with two single beds, placed in a row!!! a table, 3 chairs, a wardrobe and a sink and no view from the window. The private bathroom was actually down the corridor!!! and it was in a horrible state. How can this hotel be a two star hotel?? We tried telling the lady that we booked for a double bed with private bathroom but it wasn't very useful. She seemed like a nice woman, but she did not understand English. Anyway I asked her if we could speak to someone who can understand and speak English. She called another person, who worked night shift. He spoke english and she passed on the phone to my husband. But without even listening to what we had to say he kept saying thats a double room in Italy and we either take it or leave it!!! Later in the evening we met this guy who worked there. And when he saw us he kept saying he did not want to repeat everything again and told us we can leave the hotel if we want to and he has walk in customers waiting for the room!! Where would we go at 7 pm on a saturday night in florence??? Anyway i think the hotel staff were very rude and the website is misleading the customers. Its nothing like they show on the website. Its basically a run down hostel with no air conditioning or television. We have stayed in so many hotels in Italy and this is probably our worst experience ever. Awful customer service, misleading and tricking guests, horrible toilet with an open shower and unfriendly staff. Only good thing was the location of the hotel but Florence is fairly small and its not a problem if you stay somewhere better few hundred meters away.

They were nice enough to let us leave our bags the day we were leaving. However, when we went to get our bags, my husband wanted to change his clothes before leaving and the old lady at the reception was so rude not to let him use the bathroom for few minutes to change! we were very shocked by this experience and behaviour!!

We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked hotel Regina, but when we checked in we were told we would be staying on the 2nd floor at the hotel la noce owned owned by the same people. The shower is a crappy and the drain is a the foot of the toilet. Place does not have the feel of a safe and secure place. Nothing bad happened but it does not instill confidence like a place should. We paid extra for continental breakfast. Don't waste your money, for 3 people it added 50€ to the bill and only served a roll and some jam. Nothing continental about it and for a fraction of the price you can buy items locally and serve yourself something nice. We would skip this next time even though it is very conveniently located in the heart of the old city.

stayed in Florence with my boyfriend for 6 nights. Actually we reserved hotel Regina but it turned out they're by the same owner or something, but we got to the La Noce.
Room was little, but OK. The worst thing - no view at all!! it was a kind of courtyard outside and it wasn't really nice to look out!
Bed quite comfortable. No TV, but there was WI-Fi. Bathroom very very small, not convenient at all! dirty shower curtain and seems like you're washing in the toilet! Brrr
Breakfast average, but hot chocolate in the machine was rather nice
Must admit staff was great, really welcoming

If all you need is just a bed to sleep on and a place to shower, this place is not bad.
other than that, it's horrible. it's in a really dark and quiet lane way. for a female travelling with her sister, it didn't feel very safe. you have to ring the bell for reception to unlock the front main door to let you into the building. we waited forever knocking on the door and ringing the bell before the front door was unlocked. The staff was not at all friendly. we were greeted with sour faces and rude tones.
the room we had was small, but large enough for 2. ensuit bathroom was really REALLY tiny, no TV, fan/air-conditioning.
this was definitely one of the worst places i stayed at on my trip and that's comparing it to a cheap backpackers i stayed at in Barcelona.
definitely wasn't worth my money.
