Pros:

立地がとても良かったです。ホテルの内装もおしゃれで可愛く、スタッフの方もとてと親切でフィレンツェに行ったらまた泊まりたいです。

Cons:

ホテルの入り口から部屋まで階段だったので、スーツケースを運ぶのが少し大変でした。

Cute owner-run hotel right in the heart of Florence

- Great location, a few minutes walk to both the main sights and the tram to the airport

Our stay at The balcony was a very good experience with great hosts and a quiet, homelike atmosphere.
Pros:

Great location and very welcoming staff. They recommended a great restaurant next door and gave us a map to help us get to the places we wanted to see. Since Florence was experiencing a heat wave we especially appreciated the air conditioning!

The room was very small but it had everything we needed
