Accogliente, vicinissimo al centro ed alla stazione, posizione comoda per raggiungere tutte le principali destinazioni principali della città. Staff cordiale ed molto disponibile.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare, a parte la vista dalla camera che dava direttamente sul terrazzo comune che limitava mlto la privacy in determinati orari.

Localização excelente, fizemos tudo caminhando, vários restaurantes próximos, poucos minutos da Duomo.
O quarto era confortável, e o banheiro um pouco simples, mas muito comum da Itália.

Very good location and friendly staff
Pros:

Very close to both the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Duomo.
The hotel owners were really friendly and helpful.
It was cosy.
Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

If anything, there is no elevator. It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be for someone with a lot of luggage or mobility issues.
