La terraza panorámica. La habitación era amplia. La recepcionista Sabi es muy simpática.

Cons:

No había Nesquik/Colacao o algo parecido en el desayuno para los niños. Hay que subir bastantes escaleras.

Great views from Florence with filling breakfast!!
Pros:

Close to the train station, museums and nice restaurants. We had to change rooms and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent! The roof top was awesome!!!

Que lindo fue estar en Venezia y en este hotel.

La ubicación es muy buena y tiene unas terrazas para mirar la ciudad espectaculares. El desayuno excelente.

Excellent hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

Excellent location and kind helpful staff who really took care of me. Heavy doors and keys all seemed over whelming until i became more comfortable with this security system. The young woman helped me with the safe procedure and keys and left me breakfast the next morning in a bag because i had an early flight. Many thanks for all of your help and kindness. Lovely hotel.

Accueil parfait. Nous avons eu un problème médical, le personnel s'est montré aidant et compréhensif. Je recommande chaudement l'hôtel pour cela.

Incredible location and comfy space
Pros:

Close to the train station and shopping. So many things to see around. Only had one night and it wasn't enough. Breakfast was amazing with so many options and delicious cappuccino.
