Pros:

The room was very clean, the heating was very good, and the service was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect—about a 7-minute walk from the Piazza Duomo and only 2 minutes from Firenze Centrale.

Hotel a due passi dalla stazione, il personale è accogliente e disponibile. Ambienti puliti e curati. Ottima colazione

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera quadrupla, forse un po' piccola. Il bagno, pulitissimo, non era però il massimo della comodità

Excellent family hotel in Florence
Pros:

We liked its location. It was around the corner from the Central train station, and it was easy to walk to all of the landmarks we wanted to see in the city.
