Pros:

La posizione dell' hotel è ottima, lo staff è gentilissimo, accogliente e molto disponibile. La colazione è varia (dolce e salato). La struttura è ben tenuta e molto pulita. Camera e bagno comodi e spaziosi.

Frukost var jättegott och takterrassen var fint särskilt på kvällarna

Cons:

Visa möbler (skrivbord särskilt ) på mitt bord var ostabilt. Det fanns inte så många krokar för att hänga handdukar.

Location was super close to train station! We really liked it! Hotel was super easy to locate and staff real nice! We also liked the room, it was super comfy to stay. The breakfast it was also really good with a lot of options! Totally recommend!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, καθώς είναι δίπλα στο σταθμό των τρένων, αλλά κυρίως σε στρατηγικό σημείο για όλα τα αξιοθέατα, δεν θα χρειαστείς μεταφορικό μέσο! Αξιοπρεπές πρωινό.

Cons:

Μας άγχωσε λίγο το ασανσέρ καθώς μετράει πολλές δεκαετίες! Δεν είναι το κλασσικό ξενοδοχείο, αφού ουσιαστικά κάθε όροφος ανήκει σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο.

Pros:

Hotel situato in posizione centrale a due passi dalla Stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Camera ampia e moderna. Ottima colazione. Una menzione particolare merita la ragazza della hall, molto cordiale e empatica. Una marcia in più per la struttura.

Visitare Firenze senza stress!
Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare la città, vicinissimi alla stazione e a molteplici attività, ristoranti bar supermercati....staff gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato indicazioni su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e aiutati in ogni richiesta, compresa la custodia finale delle valigie, visto che avevamo il treno di ritorno la sera.. Colazione buona e varia , torte fresche, frutta, colazione continentale.... pulizia di spazi comuni e camera eccellente.
