Excellent hotel in Orvieto
Pros:

Excellent hotel right on the central street in town. Great bonus was parking in front of the hotel (limited number of parking lots, but right at the door. Night concierge was very helpful on the phone and processed ZTL right away late at night when we arrived. Great value during the soft beginning of the high season. We were able to leave the luggage and enjoy the walk in town in the morning before continuing on our way.

Cons:

Breakfast was typical Italian continental, but can be improved.

Perfect location. But rooms too small for more than one night
Pros:

Perfectly located, 5-10 mins from funicular. Clean and tidy. Staff all very helpful with good restaurant recommends within 5 mins. Breakfast ok, Italy leans to the sweet tooth which I don’t have.

Cons:

Bathroom ridiculously small and cramped. Nowhere to hang anything. No space round bed. Strange platform extended into room limiting floor space and a constant trip hazard toe stubber.

Pros:

Excellent Overnight in Orvieto
Pros:

We stayed at the Hotel Corso for just one night in Orvieto. Our room was beautiful and clean. The hotel is conveniently located right on the main Corso (walking street) of the town. The hotel was also very helpful with parking since we had a rental car. €12 for an overnight car park. The staff at the hotel was warm and helpful.

Cons:

The small breakfast room could use some updating to make it more cheery and welcoming.

Pros:

Staff was lovely, room was clean and comfortable, location is fantastic - in the heart of the historic area and an easy walk from the funicular. Great value for the price.

Cons:

In my room, there was a step up into the bathroom - which I forgot about in the middle of the night and ended up fracturing my foot. Totally not the hotel's fault, but if you're clumsy like me, make sure to ask for a room that has a flat entry bathroom :)
